She communicates clearly about timing, listens to any special requests, and ensures his haircut is exactly how we like it. With Ashley, she gives your pup the attention your baby deserves and is done within an hour. She is clean from the roota to the toota, smells fresh and is shaped so nicely. She didn't make me feel bad for my matted baby and she is nurturing and sweet to my puppy. I would say- book in advance because she is in demand (rightfully so). Her location is private and you drop off at the door. By the time you run errands, she gives you a 15 minute warning or a time frame so you can mobilize and get there in time. Worth every penny!

One of the other reasons we love this pet spa is they do not lock our dogs up in small lockers for hours on end. Our dogs are always free roaming in a wide open space and they only take our dogs to groom and no others at the same time so it's calm, quiet and chaos free. Highly recommend!
