She didn't make me feel bad for my matted baby and she is nurturing and sweet to my puppy. I would say- book in advance because she is in demand (rightfully so). Her location is private and you drop off at the door. By the time you run errands, she gives you a 15 minute warning or a time frame so you can mobilize and get there in time. Worth every penny!

I had to call at 3:30 PM just to check, and they said he was "almost ready." I didn't pick him up until 4pm. When I got there, there was NO haircut done, just a blow dry. You couldn't even see his eyes. I had clearly asked for a teddy bear cut, but they claimed they thought I didn't want a haircut, which I never said. I didn't realize I had to say "haircut" since I'm already paying for the service. I left and came back at 7 PM after they said they would fix it. There was a slight trim around his face and ears, but still no proper haircut and the sanitary trim (which is included in the $70 package) was not done. I was told manager Joe would call me and never got a call from him. I had to call a couple days later. I asked for a partial refund since the haircut wasn't completed and the assistant manager let me know that the manager refused, even when I offered to just pay for the bath and blowout. Paid for a full grooming and didn't receive it. Poor communication, long wait, incomplete service, and no accountability. Would not return.

I want him to have a teddy fluffy look. They used razor to shave his face instead of scissors. Im so disappointed without how he looked. He was not matted at all too, we brush him and hes a puppy. Not sure what happened there. 2) they are not on time. I have to wait 5-6 hours to pick up my dog. It is becoming worse each time. 3) my dog had an itchy ear for 7 days or so. Maybe they sprayed water or shampoo to my dog's ears. 4) they did not accept credit card on Christmas time saying it is " broken" Just pay cash and two staff gave me different prices for the service. 5) I have paid for brushing but there is no evidence of brushing after I pick him up
