The first time it exercised it was fine. The second time it gave me a fuel fault and after restating it with the help of Generac I had a larger gas meter installed. On May 24 it faulted again with the same code. I called this company and they couldn't help with service because the only tech was off with persona reasons. tell me when it would be serviced. A week later a girl from the company called me and said she had no idea when they could get out here to fix the problem ! I have called a new service company. They will be out on the 6th of this month to repair the issue and take over servicing my unit. This company is USELESS after the sale.

I called to ask why they would send to collections and not call me or mail me. We had mail forwarded to our new residence and never received anything from APC. We checked and did a search of phone records with no calls coming from APC. To be fair to them: Their work was fine. The man who came out and did a great check and was really friendly. I'd just really prefer that their accounts department do just the basics of minor effort to call someone before sending to collections.
