Have had car wash system issues since day one..I always let staff know like not cleaning half the car, not doing the tires, not cleaning the rims , not being a spotless rinse. not washing the frontbof the car or only washing one side. paying premium wash prices and getting water spots on the car and being told thats Bullhead Water, should have been a clue... Staff was always nice, helped wipe down car because of their crappy filter system... But Now I HAD a rear window washer blade. The machine RIPPED it from the car. Literally broke the wiper blade assembly one inch from the mount. Filed a complaint said not responsible was it's old and looked bad to begin with from their camera view.... I did request they retain the video as it will be litigated Been going here and to several others and this is the only one thats caused damage to my vehicle. what would have been a simple 80 dollar part will now cost them Labor at BMW and nearest is Vegas yeah was told by management "NOT putting my own money out in that" Will cost them more.. I got there at 8 am on time. It was 32°. The "waiting area" was a single dilapidated chair in the just as cold shop in front of Newsmax on a big screen tv. He confidantly assured me it would be comfortable if I was republican. I don't pick political sides, not that it's his business. Moving on. I have a lifted truck with big tires. I asked him not to apply tire shine to my tires because it sprays up the side of my truck. He went on to tell me how he's the only detailer with a masters degree and he actually studies his products, armor all meguires petroleum based crap bla bla bla, and instead of argue....I got the tire shine. This whole detail process was a little over 2 hours, about an hour and a half in, and he offered me a blanket. Says something as long as you don't mind the Cardinals. In which i reply, I really don't care, I'm freezing, GO EAGLES! I just wanted to be done. So the end comes and I go to pay with my debit card. Cash only. I drive thirty minutes from Golden Valley. I passed countless atm's, any of which i could have hit up, had I known. So I asked where the closest one was, over by harbor freight, ok. Go over, get out of my truck, immediately notice all the tire shine sprayed up the side of my truck, have a mini cuss word fest to myself, get 80 bucks, go back. Put the money on his desk and tell him in a calm tone that there was tire shine all over my truck. He got a spray bottle and towel and half ass wiped it off. I asked for a towel so I could wipe the residual off my tires. He said it wouldn't happen anymore. He said have a good day without giving me my change. So I left. Today, barely 4 days later, the tire shine is all up the sides of my truck. I'm a disabled vet. I had a back fusion recently and can't wipe it all off myself. It's a lifted truck. The tires are 33's, and are sticky now. It's also all over my $2500/ piece rims. This guy is so arrogant and condescending, and his work is sub par, not the perfectionist he claims he is. I'm a perfectionist. Both of my visors are covered in desert still, he didn't notice those in all his attention to detail, I suppose. I'd like to add that I hate when someone's wrong and they try to make it out to be your fault. I told him what the tire shine would do. I may not know the science and logistics of tire shine, but I know my damn truck. After wiping it off, he went on to tell me how it was my fault because I had big knobby tires. Now dirt is stuck to my big knobby tires because idk what I'm talking about. I have no idea how this guy has a 4.8 Google rating. Never again, now I gotta pay someone to get all the shit off my truck and rims. Thanks Uber knowledgeable better than every other detailer in town because you how a degree guy. I got a degree too. It doesn't make me smarter or better than anyone. It makes me knowledgeable in that field. Your degree isn't in car detailing, sir. Up until the time above, I'd NEVER had ANY negative experiences with this establishment. So, here we go-- 1.) Since 2022, I've been on Terrible's monthly unlimited car washes installment plans. Part of the plan I subscribe to, includes a complimentary 32 oz soft drink. Now the staff at the car wash are VERY FRIENDLY, like we've known each other for, like...forever. HOWEVER, when it comes to the "other half of the business", it's like "the luck of the draw": either you WILL or you WON''T get a friendly employee on your visit... 2.) This particular day, I was spending the day with a fellow military veteran, who I also sponsor when it comes to alcohol abuse recovery. We had just gotten through wiping down/drying his truck after going through the car wash. He went in to get his free 32oz soft drink. The cashier... 3.) ...as I said, the cashier-- --Female, --Brownish brunette hair, --5' 6-7", --Caucasian, --NOT very attractive-looking (looked like she was either going through withdrawal or mad because she didn't get her fix of this or that synthetic drug, whatever, --Grabbed the receipt from his hand VERY rudely, --Using a very rude tone, she told my "brother", "sodas only!!!", when he's normally allowed to have this slushee drink he usually likes (so he just got something else to drink ) & finally... --When he tried to be nice/civilized, saying, "Thank you", this BITCH of a cashier neither made eye contact OR acknowledged his courteousness.... It's not like he was asking her out on a date or anything (I mean, if I looked OR sounded as pathetic as this cashier, I'd be ashamed to be even go out in public!!!). &...oh yeah... 4.) But the good parts were his response, reasonable pricing, having people notice that my car did not look like it had been driven from Washington to Arizona. But most of all, it was a nice little visit with a pleasant individual who takes pride in his work.
