She showed me all of the issues I had going on with my hair (a reeeeally bad previous cut) and all the products and techniques that I need. I felt so pampered and taken care of, and I really appreciated how she only sees 1-2 clients at a time. No more noisy hairdryers going off in the background or people staring at you with your crazy wet hair as you walk back to the chair. I even left with a gift basket and a sweet card. I'm very picky about who does my hair and I'm super careful with hair establishments. However, I got more than what I wanted and it completely exceeded my expectations!
