North Pearl street is one way so you will want to enter their parking lot directly from E. Spring street. Service was ok, one agent was super helpful while the other was not. No cost return and needed some guidance but it was as easy as scanning the QR code and placing it on the box. read more

This is the kindest and most patient staff at a Fed Ex and any office print center that I have experienced, in a while. They are in my neighborhood and I am dropping by pretty often. Many of the staff have been working there throughout the pandemic. They practically do social service, helping people with all kinds of problems related to mailing, printing, and communicating. FedEx Office is like being confusingly trapped in the past. I feel like everything they do I should be able to do with my home office printer, but sometimes that is not an option... like when I was stuck in Columbus for work and needed to print several pages, so many that my hotel's business center couldn't manage it. Finding this location down the street seemed like divine intervention, but ended up being more like a curse. A job that I thought would cost $75 ended up costing $520. At no point did the employee tell me what basic color printing would cost for the project I had. It wasn't that he was just uninformative, but he was also not friendly and not helpful. The printing that they did was at the end of a cartridge, so all of the pages had breaks in it. Just a shocking lack of attention and focus in this location. We paid for overnight delivery on Thursday 11/18 and our tracking number and their customer service center is telling to expect package on 11-23. Horrible service, they even tried to tell us that we were not open when the originally tried to deliver on 11/22. Our business open at 8am, Monday thru Friday. read more

Sometimes I travel all the way to Ohio, stop and get a coffee and Dunkin' Donut (don't judge me) and post up at a FedEx Office and Print Center. You know, just hanging out. While I was there I printed a million things for an event. ONE MILLION. Okay, that's a lie, but I was there for hours and it was ALMOST ONE MILLION. While I was, the following 10 things happened. 1: I received excellent service from the staff. 2: The Fed Ex driver came in, we chatted, he was super friendly. 3: One of my files wouldn't print, we figure it out, then it did. 4: I ate my donut. 5: I drank some coffee. 6: My fingers un-froze from the walk over. I didn't bring gloves to the mid West. Sigh. 7: I bought double sided tape. 8: I cut a bunch of papers into things using the print/cutting area. 9: I emailed more items to be print on heavy stock paper, turned out perfect. 10: I wished I had bought two donuts. By the end of my time there, I felt like it was my second home. I was on a first name basis with the staff, I un-jammed a printer for another patron, I mean hey? Wonderful service inside, fast efficient business like...so what is not to like? On a visit there they were talking about parking on the inside of the store. On my way in I noticed a car being towed. What they said is the owner of the store has contracted with a tow service. The tow service then puts a "spotter" in the parking lot who just sits there in a car - mostly unnoticed, waiting to tow your car. They track people going in and out of the store. If you go in and visit another shop or use the spot when you should not they call a tow truck. Like that fast. It is done. What a very creepy job for a human to have. On my way out was a lady who sat at a picnic table on her cell phone and she had a baby with her. I asked how old the baby was and she said 2 months. It was her car that got towed and yes the spotter was still there hiding in plain sight. She was trying to call for help on her phone. The signs they have are the same signs we all see and ignore. The predatory nature of the spot and tow is disgusting. The signs should warn people of the aggressive nature so they are not victims of this. Sign could say this lot is monitored and you will be towed immediately unless you are inside of FedEx. Any other location, even after visiting FEDEX and you will be towed immediately no exceptions. The young mom should have been warned. Can't make this up. The are great on the inside but very mean on the outside. read more

Pretty awful all the way around. Lacking basic customer service skills, computers are slow and unable to do basic printing functions. Print from a mobile service was another fail, after wasting 15minutes on the computer I tried this service and the toner was out on the printer. Left after over 20minuted without any apologies. When I notified staff that the printer was out of toner after already paying for the product she just replied "ok" and walked away. read more

I had the worst experience of my life with this Fedex. I had my passport over night shipped by my friend. Guess what, i never got it. I was stranded in Miami and had to pay over 600 dollars total to change my flight, get another hotel room, and extend my call rental. No one wanted to take responsibilty of the problem and keep on passing the problem to someone else. read more

I have never left a yelp review. Ever. But after the service that Mike provided tonight, I had to come here. Very long story short, I was in a bind with some thank you cards for an event tomorrow. They were extremely busy, and were completely full with fulfilling orders--the earliest that my job could get done would be tomorrow AM--but I needed them tonight. I said I could probably get it done at the self-print center, but Mike took the time out to make a really bad situation very good. He helped me resize and fix the cards (so that they weren't printing upside down) and showed the kind of customer care that is unfortunately not commonplace these days. I now see that he provided a similar level of service to a customer about a month ago. Don't know his story, but he is the kind of employee that I'd hire. FedEx should look at this guy for higher positions--he's that good. Thanks again Mike! read more

I have had bad experiences with FedEx in the past, so maybe it is my fault for still going there. This was a crime of convenience. I needed to print a bunch of files for a big meeting at work, and they were 2 blocks away and offered my company a very deep discount. First I go in to place my order. The lady who helped me (may have been a manager?) was not particularly in a good mood. While she didn't say anything rude to me, she kept on a conversation with coworkers the entire time she was serving me about how upset she was about this day she was having. Not a big deal, but not professional. I found myself apologizing for giving her this huge order that was taking a long time to enter into the computer (which I shouldn't have). There were I think 22 files, that needed to be printed colour, double-sided, short edge binding, and stapled, and she basically had specify that for each one individually. I wanted some type of detailed invoice so I could check that everything was specified correctly, but apparently that was beyond FedEx's abilities, so I instead reviewed it on her computer screen. Whatever. My order was captured accurately. When I go to pick it up, a guy hands it to me in a box. He opens it up and hands me the copy on the top. Looks good. I didn't look at all of them seeing as my order was 20 copies of each file and over 2000 pages total. And I had verified that my order was taken correctly. I pay, I sign, I leave. Back at my desk I'm organizing everything and I realize one of the files got messed up. And another. And another. Some were printed short-edge binding, most were printed long-edge binding, and one was even printed single-sided. You are a print solutions place. This isn't hard, guys! To add insult to injury, some of the files had a sticker on them, stamped by 2 employees saying it was quality reviewed and was correct. I guess anyone can get a stamp these days. They obviously did not actually review it. I was pretty upset, but my client decided it wasn't worth it to try to get it redone before our meeting the next day, and also waste all that paper. But I called them to let them know they messed up and that I wasn't happy with my order. The guy I spoke to informed me that I already walked out of the store with the order, which in FedEx world is apparently equivalent of my acceptance of whatever crappy job they give me. First of all, if this is really your policy you should say that before I walk out. Second, that sort of policy only makes sense if I'm coming back and trying to claim it was torn or had some other sort of damage that I couldn't prove didn't happen before I left. Do you think I went back to my desk and reprinted and stapled all these docs just to mess with you? It is irrelevant when I discover the error if it is undeniably your fault. 3rd, should I have been expected to review all 2000 pages? The one on top that I reviewd was "conveniently" printed correctly. Anyway. Then he says if I return the order, they will refund me. I tell him I need the order and I don't have time to reprint it. He then tells me he can't do anything for me, because that's like if I went to a restaurant, complained about the food, but ate it, and then the restaurant giving me a refund. First of all, I was shocked by his snarky defensiveness. Second, restaurants do exactly that ALL THE FRICKIN TIME! It's called good customer service, and trying to make it right. If the food is still edible and not messed up that bad, I might eat it. But then a manager might come over and comp it to make up for my unhappiness. And the fact that I consumed their sub-par food. It doesn't matter to the restaurant that I ate it since it's not like they can resell my plate. Whatever. I realized I was getting nowhere with him, but the thing that was really frustrating me was all he was doing was debating with me, and had not uttered a single apology. He in no way took responsibility (on behalf of the store) for actually not delivering my order as taken. So I said to him "Thanks for not apologizing at all." His reply? "Have a good day" and he hung up. Not only was he rude, but when called out on being rude, he continued to be rude. You get what you pay for, I guess. I sort of regret not getting his name and escalating my complaint. I guess I was too busy doing real work and actually trying to make my clients happy. read more

Pleasant, Efficient Center Saved my Presentation I had to write a speech on the road and my hotel (the Westin) had a zero function business center. I was able to polish the presentation and make 50 copies easily here. The staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I needed a better stapler, and they got me one. The bathroom is clean (I know that's a modest point -- but a key detail esp. if you are from out of town). The printers were a little slow in printing powerpoint, but the staff made me feel at ease and the time passed quickly. Much nicer than many Fedex Kinko's I've been in lately. read more

Ok, so I went back to this Fed Ex to send another package to Canada and actually got decent service for a change. It helped that I had most of my paperwork filled out in advance and had a different sales rep assist me. It only took 15 minutes instead of an hour this time (for one package). I have a feeling that each time I go (and I will need to go several more times this year) I will have a wildly different service experience depending on who is working that day/time. I'll keep you all posted. Still not recommended but not downright awful. read more

This is the most capable FedEx Office in the city. Have been to other locations where they couldn't assist me and they sent me to this one. Great (usually) one-day service. Dalton is an especially helpful employee. I will definitely use this FedEx Office as my first stop from now on. read more

I don't know why everyone is so down on the service in this location. They've been nothing but great to me every time I've gone in there.

The first and last time I will use this office. I sent a package standard overnight that was supposed to be delivered by the afternoon of the next day. The next morning the store called and left a message that my package was "put aside and wasn't picked up by the FedEx driver." They said that they would send it that day and I would be reimbursed and gave me an 800 number of FedEx. That person told me that the store could reverse the charges and so I called back again and the store assured me that they would. It's now 10 days later and I still don't have my credit. I called the store again questioning why the charges hadn't been reversed and I was given the runaround and then told that I would have to file a claim. The assistant manager, who said he had been there for 6 months, was unapologetic and kept having to ask his manager what to do. I was then told I could file the claim online but he couldn't seem to find the website. I finally asked if it was the FedEx website? He answered "Uh, yeah that's it." I ended up calling the FedEx 800 number and it should be taken care of now (hopefully). I shall see if the charges are reversed in a day or two. From now on I will go to the UPS Store in the Short North since they haven't put my "package aside." read more
