Clint has some construction experience, as he actively participated in the renovation of his own home, so he was even helpful in identifying possible renovations, and repairs required of properties that needed a little work. In the mix were even some "auction only/no commission" properties, and Clint was just as helpful in showing us, and discussing these properties as the properties where he would make a commission. I really felt like he had my best interests at heart, and valued the long term business relationship over a short term sale. When checking out I was charged an extra fee for having someone come unlock our unit!!! I tried to tell them there's a problem with their key and even offered to show them a video of the problem. The guy at Holiday Real Estate Inc was extremely rude, refused to hear any of our problems and even yelled across the room at me when I asked for a receipt. I had to wait 20 plus minutes and go back inside and ask for the receipt again. Worst stay ever! Absolutely Worst place of business that I've had to deal with.

Especially in this year with COVIT, we anticipated that each room would not have layers of dust and that the stove would be clean. For a place where we brought our own sheets, they insist on 10-3 to clean, it's obvious they barely cleaned at all. This unit is Frogs, so I get it- they expect Senior week kids, but by Labor Day you can clean up 10 weeks worth. Not ever going to recommend.
