THE MOVEMENT FACTORY IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! Having to work full time while going to school makes it easier for me to not take out time to work out. But instructors at TMF make the classes so much FUN that I feel MOTIVATED to be there.Plus there are so many different classes offered through out the day which makes it CONVENIENT to fit in a daily schedule. Zumba classes with Alyssa and Marsha are awesomeee! moving to Latin rhythms,it feels like your on a tropical island some where and before you know it you burn 500-600 calories. Also I have taken the Barre class with Alyssa (warrior booty barre should be the real name,you'll know why when you take it :] ) amongst the other classes offered at TMF are the most ECONOMICAL classes offered in the Cleveland area.Also, every now and then guest instructors come in and teach cool Zumba , dance routines. For a while now I have been wanting to make a life style change by being more active and fit and I have to say that joining TMF has taught me to prioritize my fitness goals. This studio is amazing! Great instructors, great classes. Plus I love the studio- super cool place to work out at. I've taken pure barre classes and with time I feel the results here are so much better. i actually see results from the barre method used here. I've become more sculpted and toned! The instructors are awesome at being attentive to their class and making any adjustments you need so that you don't injure yourself and so you get the most from your workout. They're always giving modifications if you have any injuries/etc. The barre classes are awesome here! And for Pilates- great instructors that really focus on proper form and classic Pilates to tone and lengthen. You feel great after- like therapy for the body! Pound- is an awesome class to try here too! It will make you sweat as you squat and rock out with drum sticks, lol. Really fun class and ridiculous workout. I like to check out different studios in the area and have gone to a lot in Cleveland but hands down movement factory is my favorite. I've been waiting FOREVER for a dance studio like this to open up in our area. I drive 50 minutes from Stow 3-5 times every week to take dance and fitness classes at the Movement Factory. It's worth every minute. I'm an actor who wants to improve my dancing ability, and I learn an absolute ton in these classes. I've taken ballet, hip hop, modern, and jazz already, and each class is excellent. I feel like I'm truly being taught to dance, but the environment is stress-free and the teachers are friendly. I am so grateful for the studio. I've also taken the Zumba and Barre classes. I'm in some of the best shape of my life, and I'm having fun while I do it. I always look forward to Zumba with Alyssa or Bill. I've never had fun working out before--and it makes all the difference. The prices are incredible. I was looking for a gym after being disappointed in the YMCA and used a groupon to try The Movement Factory. I tried the barre classes and springboard Pilates. Both classes helped refresh my workout routine. My groupon long since expired yet I'm sticking with the studio for a few reasons: 1. The personal touch of instructors- Alyssa is the owner and she works hard, knows everyone in her classes by name and listens to the suggestions of her customers. 2. Variety of equipment and classes including yoga, Zumba, barre, trapeze and a lot of others. All ages and experience levels feel welcomed and supported. 3. It's in the coolest space- an old factory with studios carved out for artists and other activities. The movement factory has 2 studios in this bldg- both have unique and super clean equipment. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone! Excellent for all fitness levels and a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. I have taken several classes here: Pilates mat, Pilates Mat-Ball, Booty Barre Sculpt, and Pound. All have been fun and challenging. I particularly enjoy the Pilates mat-ball class with Alyssa. She makes this class new and exciting each week and takes the time to get to know each student and what their goals/struggles may be. My particular struggle was getting back into a fitness routine after having my baby. Alyssa was so helpful in giving modifications and suggestions to help me ease back into my fitness goals. THIS PLACE ROCKS! As a fellow former dancer and group fitness instructor myself, I'm very picky about finding good, quality instruction and classes. This place is it! They have some of the best Zumba classes I have ever taken, and also provide amazing Pilates classes with immense attention to personal detail with total focus on the customer. I want to mention too that the atmosphere is very positive and all-inclusive...I always walk out smiling! The Movement Factory is really an exceptional fitness studio. They offer a great variety of classes that make workouts challenging but enjoyable. I really enjoy shakti flow, buti yoga and pound. I've done lots of yoga and pilates, the classes at the Movement Factory build on the basics of yoga/pilates but with a twist to keep it interesting. I always look forward to classes there. All of the instructors are really great and welcoming. If they still have the discounted trial week, it is definitely worth it to see which classes you like best. read more

I've been going to the Movement Factory for 4 years. I have strengthen my core and flexibility and managed to lose 25 pounds. Alyssa has been instrumental in helping me get back into the best shape of my life. Pilates is the highlight of my life, my balance has improved immensely. All the instructors go out of their way to work with you and adjusting your workout for any ongoing injuries you have. I would highly recommend this studio. The BEST studio in Northeast Ohio. They offer an ample selection of classes and all of the instructors are as good as it gets. The classes are always fresh and challenging. The Movement Factory and Alyssa has made a huge difference in my back health. I have been going to Mat or Ball class one or two times a week since February and my back pain is cut by 75%.
