It's easy to locate off such a main drag. If you're not from the area, be prepared to give yourself extra time for parking. There is no dedicated parking lot, but rather free street parking on surrounding blocks. It's worth it to arrive early just for peace of mind you can find a spot and not be rushed while parallel parking. I wouldn't recommend it as a spot to super last minute book a class. I've attended a few yoga classes and had a wonderful experience. I continuously meet inviting and engaging teachers that actually understand the type of yoga they're teaching. The class sizes are intentionally small and extremely low-pressure. That type of environment alone is enough to make me want to return. Its genuinely a relaxed, supportive atmosphere that meets you where you're at. As someone with physical limitations, I always feel comfortable here and never feel pressured to be something I'm not.

BOOKING CLASSES -- Use their website. I had a ClassPass membership back then so I used my ClassPass credits to book the Reformer class. As of the writing of this review, in July 2026, BeFitness is no longer on ClassPass so guests will need to buy a single class package or a membership directly from BeFitness. A friend told me that they got rid of their Class Pass contract a while ago now. (Side-note: ClassPass is an app that allows members to book classes at different fitness studios and have the option to also access gyms and spas across various cities). REFORMER CLASS -- Anyone that has done a Reformer class knows that it is challenging, especially at 5am. The instructor was good because she provided understandable cues of what to do for each move/exercise. The instructor was enthusiastic as well. Having now taken other Reformer Pilates classes at a different Pilates studio in Avon and Bay Village, I definitely do not think the Reformer Pilates class at Be Fitness was as hard as the others that I've taken elsewhere. Nonetheless, I still recommend BeFitness if you live in the area and are looking for a beginner and intermediate friendly class. The Reformer Pilates class that I took at a different studio was a more advanced class. TIP (Reformer Pilates) -- The good thing about Reformer Pilates is that you can always adjust the resistance straps to increase or decrease the amount of resistance (weight) that you are pulling. SERVICE -- I remember the check-in process being smooth when I entered and the front desk woman greeted me (she was also the instructor). Overall, I enjoyed the Reformer Pilates class. Similar to many fitness studios, they sometimes have deals/sales so join their email list or visit them on social media to stay informed with current discounts. I moved to Austin, TX in December and called to cancel my membership, after attempting to cancel online and being unable to find that option. It went to voicemail and I left a message. I never heard back from them, and ended up getting charged again in January. I called again and emailed requesting the charge be removed. Again, no response. I got charged AGAIN in February. I emailed again providing the past details and requesting the January and February charges be removed. Still no response when low and behold, I WAS CHARGED IN MARCH. Once in January is one thing. I get it, your busy, it happens in February, that stinks and a I'm a little put out. But there is no excuse now. I have been charged over and over, all the while attempting to follow up directly with the business. I attempted to be proactive and cancel prior to being charged at all to avoid this whole mess, to no avail. Now I am stuck with all the work of disputing these charges with my bank.

What an amazing, grass roots type of studio, that truly goes against the large class size culture…read morethat dominates the Pilates scene in the rest of the NE Ohio area. The instructors at this studio are truly incredible - they challenge you but make sure you feel comfortable and able along the way. The equipment is great and having the Cadillac reformers for all class attendees is a huge plus and something you don't see at other studios! They haven't created an "unlimited package" option which some may dislike but I think it helps to make the classes more accessible for attending and I personally love it. They are able to keep their prices reasonable as well which is a rarity in the industry. The best thing about this studio compared to other studios I've attended is that they truly make your time in class "worthwhile" -- and they use the equipment. I never feel like I leave wishing I did more and there isn't much time spent doing things you could do at home on a mat which is truly the point of being in the class and having access to the reformer. I was looking for a new hot yoga studio on the west side of Cleveland since it is closer to where I live, and came across Inner Bliss on the Mindbody app. The drop in classes are $20 but the 5 class pass is $68, and the price discrepancy convinced me to buy a 5 class pass even though I had never been to the studio before. Luckily, I made the right decision! I'm a fan of the Hot Power Flow Yoga classes here (my favorite instructor is Sally!) They are challenging enough where it feels like a good workout, but the environment is still a safe space so I don't feel judged if I need to take a break. Some hot yoga classes I have been to focus too much on hitting specific poses/binds/balances that aren't conducive to all experience levels, but I haven't run into that problem at Inner Bliss. I will definitely be repurchasing more classes after my 5 class pass is used up.

I booked the class the night before at the very last minute. Before walking into the studio, while parking my car, I realized that I accidentally forgot my yoga mat at home. So, as I entered the studio, I was happy when the yoga teacher handed me a yoga mat to borrow after I told her that I forgot mine at home. VINYASA CLASS -- I checked the class schedule and I believe took the "In Studio - All Levels" class. The instructor Mel D. led the class. As a teacher, she used great cues that allowed the students to flow from one yoga pose to the next. This class wasn't difficult for me but even though it appeared to be a beginner level class, I still enjoyed the challenge of holding poses such as downward facing dog. YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTION (In Studio - All Levels Class) -- "Flow classes focus on alignment, breathing, and mindfulness, inviting the body to move with increased awareness and ease. Thank God I found Western Reserve Pilates Studio! It's a beautiful space, very clean and well kept- calm and hip looking. I called and left a message inquiring as to how to get started as a new pupil and they got back to me within 30 minutes! The staff was very responsive and I set out to my first class with high hopes. The atmosphere was great. Whenever you try something alone for the first time, it's always an anxious experience- except for your first class here! I was welcomed by the instructor and the fellow students alike. I can't wait to go back and try one of the equipment classes! Both novices and experienced practioners should try this studio. I can't say enough good things about my experience!
