A four pack membership is $119 and you must commit to three months, that comes out to about $30 for each 50 minute class. if you sign up for an eight pack you save $5 dollars a month $215. I understand there are a lot of wealthy people in the villages. This is too rich for my blood.

I have been participating in their Traditional Bikram 90 minutes class since December 2019. Shira is a very knowledgeable and professional instructor. From my observations, the studio is following CDC guidelines. For example, they are limiting the number of students in each class maintaining social distance, disinfecting all surfaces, requesting students to stay at home if they do not feel well. Students are expected to bring their own mats, towels and drinks. After several disk herniations, practicing hot yoga has greatly improved my flexibility thus I have been able to prevent traditional surgery. Also I have more breathing and cardiovascular endurance while swimming and bicycling. As a final perk, my skin looks great :) Thank you One Hot Yoga! Wanda :)

She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I even had a cute little welcome note on my machine! I had never heard of Lagree Pilates before but I wanted to give it a shot and I really enjoyed it. The workout was tough but felt sooo good, and there are options for levels of modifications. I especially loved the incorporation of mindfulness and the guided meditation (optional) at the end of class. Although 24hrs, like most 24 hour gyms, they don't man the desk for a visitor 24hours. She said to come in in between 6am and 1pm to get the pass. Then I can stay as long as I want, but I can't reenter. The place is deceivingly big!!! It had everything I like and use regularly. Equipment is a bit crammed but not so much that you can't work out. Not crowded. There are many rooms to workout, including an outdoor area. I like the dark projection room where my recumbent bike was located. There are small towels. I highly recommend and will use again in next visit.
