I called 10 Th St Hardware to see if I could with my receipt come in and get two more for the two that shouldn't have died within a week and they told me that it was not in the return policy to take back any plants to die I find this so unacceptable. They are seasonal potted flowers and there was no reason for them to die. There was also no reason not to exchange them. I will not be returning to 10th St. hardware because of their customer service.

The workers are polite, on time and don't leave a huge mess behind when they leave. Prices are reasonable. It's very hard to find people who will do this sort of work. We had an old bay window in the front of our house. We had talked about getting it replaced with vinyl, but the styles look terrible. Collingswood Hardware removed each pane and replaced it with low-E, caulked, sanded and painted. They made sure it was done the right way. If you have old wood windows, give them a call.

You can probably find anything you're looking for from kitchen stuff, plants, hammers, nails, even knife sharpening. I tried to sign up for their ace hardware program but it was unsuccessful linking my account and they had to take time finding the brochures to apply for a new account. Last week they went above and beyond, clearly deserving of media mention. Last summer I purchased a Weber Grill. I immediately had an issue with the casters not working. I called Ernie who dispatched his crew to retrieve the grill and try to fix it. It was missing many screws and one of the casters had fallen off. The crew brought back the grill, supposedly fixed but I have had difficulty with the same casters since last year. They will lock in place, and not stay unlocked thus making it almost impossible to move my grill. Finally, last week one of the casters just broke off entirely. This was two days before my July Fourth cookout. I called Ernie back and he immediately remembered me and dispatched another crew to assess the situation . When the crew arrived, they realized they would again have to take the grill back to the shop. A few hours later I got a call from Mike asking me if I wanted to have the repair done by Weber under the warranty or if I wanted them to try to put on new casters. I told them to put on universal casters because I did not want the same casters from Weber. A few hours later I got a call from Mike telling me the repair was complete and could they drop off the grill. I said sure and how much did I owe them. I was then informed I didn't owe them anything. I cannot thank them enough. I especially want to shout out Ernie, Mike and the owners , Mark and Alex Jaconski who run an exceptional business.
