Recently moved to Santa Cruz and both an estate on 9.5 acres. It needs tons of outdoor furniture/pool deck lounges/outdoor entertainment accessories. We will never buy anything from this place again. We unfortunately gave them about 12.5K in business just buying a sectional and cover for one of our decks. We're planning on getting about 60k more in furniture. Too bad Ray lost our business for them. In addition, we have already started letting all of our friends/neighbors (all pretty affluent) on our hill to shop somewhere else- ANYWHERE else for their high end outdoor needs.
