The color was not consistent and she rinsed my highlighted hair with dark hair that still had dye. Surprise surprise, the light hair was darkened. Laura denied doing this and has taken no responsibility for the mistake preferring to blame me for just being unhappy with my hair. No apology or even goodbye, Laura and her daughter hid in the backroom sending someone out to do the billing. I have spent hundreds of dollars and many hours attempting to correct her mistake. Apologizing for her error would have gone far. We all make mistakes, but to refuse to accept responsibility and leave me hanging is not professional. I will never go back to this salon and will advise all to do the same.

On Feb 12th and May 12th, I came in with multiple photos, booked a "full thickly packed foil" and also describe exactly what I wanted. I paid almost $300 for scattered foil and color over mostly gray hair.. it came out 10% blonde over my gray hair. It looked terrible. I called and complained and Tatjana would fix it if I paid for a whole new service. This is unfair as I already paid for what I described and did not receive what I asked for. She also keeps trying to sell me a blonde glaze but then says it will not work on virgin hair then offers it again. I was a client for 2 haircuts never a foil. I am not a repeat client as this is my first time having color with Tatjana. The photos I brought in were of women with natural grey. They had been foiled over. I had this done before Covid on my roots at an other salon. Before I grew out my hair 4 inches of my roots were foil bleach and some color for low lights and I never had a hard line because it's a foil highlight and it blended nicely. You never said that the photos were not possible but kept pushing me to get a glaze. The very few foils were placed scattered on my head. It looks like what I came in with but with a couple dark almost orange blonde streaks. I did not have a full blow dry as I had to leave as I was there for almost 3 hours wearing a mask and I had another appointment. When it dried and I got to look at it in better light I saw how very little blonde was in And it's basically my own white/grey hair with a couple thick strands of orange blonde. It looks like I have cooked spaghetti noodles pinned in my hair. I was not able to go back at 7:30 at night as I had other things planned. I was not able to go the Monday. Tatjana makes you feel bad for her having to come in on her day off to fix her own mistake. Maybe don't ruin the hair in the first place? I requested a redo or a refund and I'm being told by her that she will not refund me for the failed foil and my only other option is to pay for a whole new service. So I as a customer am not happy with my hair, I called back within 2 hours after leaving and was told I need to pay for a whole new service to fix it. I have complained about this fraud to the Department of Consumer Protection , Better Business Bureau and also plan to file a civil suit. Buyer beware! I also plan to file a formal complaint with the Connecticut State Board Of Cosmetology.
