She knew exactly the problem. When I told them it was a Moen product they gave me a number to the company to call. Come to find out everything Moen in the house is a lifetime warranty. Obviously, there is a reason their average rating is a "3" before my review. This is one of the worst plumbing companies in town and yet Brookfield Homes uses them! If you need a good plumbing company, call A&C Plumbing or Colorado River Plumbing.
