I had been looking to pick up a used 40' high cube container for a while. Saw the billboard for Bitrich Containers and decided to give them a shout. I ended up choosing their optional paint upgrade which turned out great. The name of the color I went with is called "Crewel Tan" by Sherwin Williams. I'm glad I paid to have it painted instead of doing it myself. Overall, it worked out well. We had a little trouble coordinating delivery but we finally made it happen. I was adamant about being there in person to direct the driver exactly where I wanted it placed down. Be kind and bring the driver a cold drink and they'll do their very best at placing it where you want it. Obviously the pickup truck and trailer are pretty long so you have to be reasonable. I don't have easy access to the kind of machinery to move this thing so I'm glad we put great thought into where it would go. I was never worried about the transaction because they accepted payment upon delivery - this method of doing business surprised me but I think it's a great differentiator and was definitely one of the reasons I felt confident about giving them the green light to proceed with the purchase. Happy customer and will buy from them again if I ever get around to buying a second one. read more

Got a completely different container than we were sent pictures of. Delivery driver was given specific directions on where to put container. He did what he wanted and placed it about 6 ft where it wasn't supposed to go. He had plenty of space to put it where requested. The floor had squares cut out and duct taped down. Contacted owner He did offer to come move it himself a week later which would render it unusable until it was moved. Decided to move it our selves rather than have incompetent employees try to do it again. I'd highly recommend to spend a few hundred more dollars with other companies and get what you want. read more
