During that time, I have visited once or twice a month and have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with your business. Until recently, my experiences were consistently professional. Over the last six months, however, I have noticed a dramatic change in the way I am treated by certain employees. While one of your male employees has always been courteous, professional, and helpful, two female employees have repeatedly displayed hostility, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior toward me. On June 3, 2026, I came into your store to make approximately 150 copies. The copier was not functioning properly. An employee attempted to use the machine multiple times without success. I then requested only a few copies. No one informed me that there would be a different charge because an employee was making the copies rather than me making them myself. When I received my bill and asked about the pricing difference, I was met with an argumentative and dismissive attitude rather than a professional explanation. As I attempted to explain the situation, one employee repeatedly interrupted me, became increasingly rude, and refused to listen. Another employee eventually told her to stop arguing and move on. This was not an isolated incident. It was simply the latest example of a pattern of disrespectful treatment that I have experienced from the same individuals. I have never been rude, threatening, or disruptive in your store. In fact, over seven years, I have spoken very little to these employees beyond normal customer interactions. Yet I continue to be treated as though I am unwelcome. As a long-time customer, I find this disappointing. Customers should not be subjected to hostility, gossip, judgment, or unprofessional conduct while conducting ordinary business. Whether an employee personally likes a customer is irrelevant. Professionalism is part of the job. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe management should know how customers are being treated. I just moved from another place in Laughlin, and my new mailbox key would not work. I gave the info to the woman at the counter, and she asked me to wait a moment. She quickly came back with the postman and he said he would meet me at the mailbox in about 10 mins. I went to mailbox, and he showed up in less than 10 mins. He checked the key in lock ancd it didnt work. He changed the lock and gave me new keys. Less than 15 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Fantastic staff.

I was greeted promptly and asked to take a seat as everyone was busy helping others. I was waiting a maximum of 5 minutes before they called me up. Between the time I walked through their door to walking out of them, maybe 15 minutes had lapsed and much of that time was due to just chit chatting while they worked. The cost for the notary service was extremely reasonable. I found out they do a bunch of services, including trusts. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them.

I was assured they would be. I pulled in at 8 a.m. The parking lot was empty. I was flagged down by a bum, apparently panhandling, whom I avoided. The store was empty and appeared it had closed down. I seriously doubt they went out of business overnight. So what's the story here?! I left and took my business elsewhere. Yelp will need to confirm whether this business is open or closed!

Delivery was cheap - and Awesome! Backed through a tight gate, around a corner and dropped it right on the marked lines. Containers met all of the represented conditions. A few bumps from forklifts making trips inside. Doors work smoothly, seal up tight. Ugly green paint and lots of stickers. Took about an hour to peel the labels off. Overall a great transaction.
