So I have 41 boxes to ship and I USED this place because i was trying to help small business but after today F them... went in sat the 12 lb box on the scale. The guy in the picture started by saying the system is looking.. ok, then he starts with welll there several options with UPS several options with fedx. And there is 3 options with the postoiffice... I said I wanted to ship this box.. ( ididn't say express two day or anything else.) I Said I just need a price to ship, He got pissy threw his hands up in the air and started to walk off running his mouth.. I again said. All I need is a price to ship. Him and I guess his boyfriend turned and walked off. I said I've got 40 more of the same boxes they just waved their hands and walked off.... Guess what I TOLD A LADY at the other ship store and she told me to use PIRATE SHIP, it will save me a ton of money.. this first shipment will save me 9 dollars a box! I JUST SAVED 369 DOLLARS!I almost got hosed AGAIN at this place because his prices are always higher then me JUST walking INTO the post office.. A few months ago I had a need to send a high-value package, with tracking and insurance. I had driven past Ship-n-shop many times and thought that I would see how they can help me. They helped me pick the best method of shipping, and pricing, for my needs, and it was a little less than I had expected. Since then, I have sent other packages and feel very confident in their service. They have my email address on file and I receive updates when the shipment goes out, and when it's delivered, which is very important. Update...it was delivered the next business day. Box was damp. Unacceptable!! I had left instructions with driver to deliver it to my door & they didn't even do that. Driver not friendly at all. Not pleased with Fedex customer service at all. Though, I was relieved to see our electronics weren't wet & wasn't affected from being in a wet box. I have a pkg showing it is going to be delivered today end of day and did not receive it. When I tried to call, I rec'd voice mail even though it said 33 mins, they would be closing. The status has not changed. Still showing delivery today - end of day. My pkg was over night priority. Not pleased at all with their lack of communication. However, I am aware exceptions do happen at times, but the least Fed Ex could do is inform me. I called the 800 # and got the automated response that it is on the way & will be delivered today?? Finally talked to someone. Was assured they would check on it & follow up with me. Never heard back. read more

Nice looking store, however the gentleman behind the counter refused to provide a receipt for and item being shipped back to DirecTV. DirecTV even states the shipper will provide a receipt for your records. I just think he did not want to be bothered. I just went down the block and the other FedEx location provided the receipt as all the other locations do. read more
