The classes and instructors are top notch. They offer 4 types of group classes (dance cardio, cardio tone, strength, and tone). All 4 are so challenging, but so fun! They also offer personal training. My favorite thing about working out here is that the emphasis is on finding the strongest version of yourself! So many studios preach working out for flat abs or getting rid of fat. I think their approach makes everyone feel welcome and eliminates the toxicity that sometimes exist at fitness studios. It pushes me to pick up a bigger set of weights even at other workout classes. The environment at the Limit is naturally uplifting and inspiring! Their dance cardio classes are an incredible and supportive environment for women to go dance it out and get a great workout in at the same time! They play lots of music, from early 2000's, rap, to current Taylor Swift etc, something for everybody. Not only was his programs unique, he would introduce new exercises to keep my mind and muscles from getting familiar. I loved the variety as my mind generally looks for ways to cheat and I never knew what to expect. I was a little nervous at first and didn't know how I was going to handle, but that disappeared in about 5 minutes in the first session.There is a lot of personal training out there, but let me say, you cannot compare apples to apples with Nathaniel and type A training. He is totally engaged in the training and really takes the time to understand your needs and the level you are at. He knows when to push and then when to back off. I needed to fix pretty much everything: posture, mobility, strength. L. rewired my whole body and I am completely pain free now. (she literally taught me how to walk again after years of bad posture and bad habits). Her holistic approach includes mat pilates, reformer, and M.E.L.T., and she will make sure you slowly but steadily reach a pain free and balanced body with the utmost care and attention. She listens carefully to your feedback, more so than some physicians, so much so that she was able to figure out the source of some of my issues and guide me in finding the right care. After 3 months I was able to walk and stand again for hours for the first time in years. Because of her constant attention during sessions, I have never injured myself. Talitha has such a warm spirit and brings such a great energy to the room! She also a brings a diverse music selection to work out too! We did everything from country to salsa to soca and Afro beats! Talitha gives a warning prior to the class that she works at about a 6/7 on a scale of 1 to 10. In my opinion I felt that the class moved very quickly, so it was difficult to keep up with the moves. This was also my first class, so that could also attribute to me not grasping the steps quickly. The class itself is very small with about less than 10 people. I prefer this style much more. Overall I had a really great time! I will be looking into to purchasing some monthly class packages for the future.

It was interesting to observe how dance unites all different demographics. Talitha makes an effort to remember every attendee's name, adding a personal touch to the experience. At the end of the class, we all gathered in a circle to stretch, and she went around and recalled almost every single name of 25+ people crowd! I was impressed. The class is 45 minutes--wish it was an hour! Also wish more times were available during weekday, after work. I was new to the routine, but everyone in the room seemed to be regulars and following the moves effortlessly. The music is uplifting and the mix of HIIT and zumba moves makes it pretty easy for you to learn and then replicate at home. Talitha said that in our class, we'll be working to around 6-7/10 intensity level. I feel we could've pushed it a little more, but I guess that means I'm ready for a more intense class.
