We ate her in a Sunday around 1:45 pm. It is a very small counter service place with a few tables inside but many outdoor tables. We were able to order right away. They don't have a soda fountain, just cold bottles or canned beverages. The drinks are pricy. The menu isn't huge but it offers a nice variety of hot or cold sandwiches. The Lucky was good. The portion was plenty especially if you get a side. I had the mustard seed potato salad and it was fantastic, such a strong dill flavor too! We had a special sandwich as well- the Mark. It was delicious. Size was great, the bread crusty and tasty aujus. We had the broccoli salad which was also yummy. The sides were a great size. I have nothing but good things to say. Everything we ate was fabulous and we will definitely come back again. Came in at my hubs request since he found this spot and wanted to try. Easy to find and easy to find parking. Walked right in and able to place our order. You place your order at the first register then proceed down to grab chips, snacks and drinks to the next register to pay. Staff was super friendly and explained the options clearly. You can choose a sandwich with salad or other side as a combo option for an up-charge. I got the Gladys with side southern salad. PLENTY of food! I couldn't even eat the salad and only 1 half of the sandwich. I loved my tuna sandwich. The salad was nothing to rave about. Simply a normal salad. My family got the Vino and the Rocco along with the mustard seed potato salad. They thought their food was just ok. I'd definitely return for my tuna sandwich. We placed and paid for our order online. 20-30 minutes for pickup. When we arrived to the plaza, it was busy. Parking was hard to come by. Eventually, I parked and walked in. The place only has outdoor seating and it was packed. Not sure there was an open table left. Inside, the small restaurant was packed with goodies. Everywhere you looked, there was cheese and spreads and jams and knick knacks. Everything you would need for snacking. A cornucopia of charcuterie. I was welcomed by a nice woman behind the counter. She got my name and gave me my order. My wife and I both got cold sandwiches. I got the Mary and my wife got the Vita. The Mary had turkey, bacon, fontina cheese, sun-dried tomato crema, lettuce, tomato, house vinaigrette and a garlic-herb aioli. The sandwich was piled high and the amount of turkey breast was impressive. For $10.50, this was a good deal. The sun-dried tomato crema added a zing. Everything worked well together and this was a sandwich I would definitely order again. Fresh and tasty. My wife's Vita is basically an Italian sandwich. It had ham, capicola, mortadella, salami, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, fire-roasted red pepper, house vinaigrette and an herb-aioli. This sandwich wasn't piled as high as the Mary but it packed flavor and a little kick. My wife enjoyed this sandwich. This could have been even better toasted as well. We also got a large order of potato salad to share. They had two different kinds but the MS potato salad was more of what we like. This had a strong mustard and pickle taste. I love pickles but this was a little much for me. It was good but we actually didn't finish it. It's worth a try though. Best new deli in Tampa area. Chef Rocco has an impressive resume but what matters is that it translates onto the plate or in this case, the bread. Today I enjoyed the appropriately named sandwich "Lucky": hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, caramelized onion, coleslaw, pickle and mustard along with a side of Mustard Seed potato salad. What a cute little place!! I get my hair done next door and I have never come in, but I will definitely be coming in more often! I had The Lucky sandwich and my daughter had The Mary. Both sandwiches were big enough for 2 people! We did not get any sides, but there were so many options (next time!) There is plenty of seating outside and they give you a number and bring you the order! My daughter loved hers and was super impressed. Mine was good, however the pastrami was super salty. I'm still giving 5 stars because the saltiness of the meat is out of their control. Per my last review, there was probably $10 worth of prosciutto alone. The flavor profile was incredible. We also tried an Italian soda which was tasty.
