Carol always does such a great job, shows a lot of patience and does what we weren't able to do...get our kitty to stay still during the process. Carol also runs the Furminator through our cat to smooth out his back and tail. He always looks so handsome when she's done and I have no doubt he is so much more comfortable during the summer months.

The staff was not knowledgeable nor accommodating when the item was out of stock, offering me an up-sell and not honoring my rewards on the account for which I showed the "mgr" on my phone email. It's an inconvenience to drive to Woodlyn and the experience is not up to par. Not ever again. I've worked in marketing and sales for corporate for a long time. When there is a promotion, you honor it or accommodate and not make assumptions or use entitlement to justify a store inconvenience. There is a reason why sales are down at this store. I was very reluctant to take her anywhere cause I've heard a lot of bad stories. However I am happy to report that the Ardmore station experience was a favorable one. Lots of good things came out of it. They use good products and it seem like piper was calm when I came in to see her and that she was not upset. The only knock was that it took longer than expected however I am sure they were thorough and wanted to take their time. So not really a negative.

Brittany, who groomed her, did a fantastic job - cleaned her up without robbing her of her cuteness. When I picked her up, she was happy, no longer had hair covering her eyes, and had been tidied up all over. She also smelled delicious. Everyone at this place was friendly, welcoming, and clearly loves pets. Super glad we found them - we'll 100% be bringing Moxxie back. Oh - and if it matters to you, I believe this is a black-owned business (an extra bonus in my book.)

I am forever grateful. I mentioned this to Doggie VIP knowing that they already show my Yorkie such TLC. I mentioned this to them and they even want more over and beyond with showing her so much love and support during this time I just wanted to shout out to them. I am super grateful to the staff here for taking such good care of my sweet but somewhat anti social dog while I am away, and for always being so communicative about how she is doing and any small issues that arise during her stay. The space is clean, they are strict about capacity, and they do a thorough socialization check prior to allowing dogs to come for boarding or daycare. This past weekend, I had an issue arise where my sitter had to leave town unexpectedly. DoggieVIP absolutely saved the day by allowing my dog to come stay for the weekend on late notice. They answered my panicked texts and calls immediately and took such great care of Fred while I was away. This spot is great about sending photo updates and all reservations can be made via text message, which makes scheduling a breeze. I will continue to use this location and their Riverwalk location anytime I travel. So grateful and can't recommend them enough!
