Carol always does such a great job, shows a lot of patience and does what we weren't able to do...get our kitty to stay still during the process. Carol also runs the Furminator through our cat to smooth out his back and tail. I understand that accidents can happen, but what was most upsetting was how poorly the situation was handled. After taking her to the vet , I reached out to the facility expecting concern, accountability, and a sincere apology. Instead, I was met with a dismissive response from the owners. I had asked them to cover the cost of the vet visit, which I believe should have been offered immediately given the circumstances. Even more disappointing, I never received an apology until I pointed out that no one had offered one and that I was extremely disappointed with how things were being handled. Only then did they offer a brief apology -- but by that point, it felt insincere and forced. There was no follow-up to check on Chanel's condition, no ownership of the incident, and no effort to make the situation right beyond the bare minimum. After 3 vet visits, Chanel is thankfully healing, but this experience left me feeling upset and disregarded as a client. I'm sharing this so other pet parents can make informed decisions. Our pets deserve to be treated with genuine care, and we as clients deserve to be treated with respect and compassion -- especially when something goes wrong. I thought I was a valued and appreciated Customer. This experience completely showed me I was not.

It makes booking boarding times a breeze and is an easy way to communicate with them if need be. Casey has been at the front desk when I dropped off and picked up my dog. Upon walking in, the Spanish girl at the front desk was NOT friendly AT ALL!! She asked me 3 times inside of 30 seconds what my dog's name was that was being groomed. My every instinct was to take my baby and leave, but I went against my better judgement and let them groom her. When I got my furrbaby back, her hair looked atrocious. Now, I will say my child doesn't like her feet done, but her whole body was so choppy and uneven. I couldn't believe it!! Her ears were still scraggly and uneven! Her belly still had long hair on it that was supposed to be trimmed down with the rest of her body!! It looked like I did her haircut myself!! Professional groomer where?? Also, when they gave her back, they just gave shoved her across the counter and that was that! No receipt! No bandana or anything. Ugh! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! NEVER AGAIN!
