I hired Mr. Nahajski last year after receiving a citation for speed in Snohomish County while on an open deferral for a citation in King County. At the same time, Snohomish County has a program called "Alive at 25," which in essence is a driver reeducation program that allows you to get out of a ticket. However, the Alive at 25 program is only meant to be completed once, and I had already done so a year prior, and upon application, I was denied. So, I put my information on a site in order to find an attorney, and Mr. Nahajski reached out promptly. We had a discussion concerning facts on the phone, and said he was willing to fight my case. After sleeping on it, I went through with it, and I am incredibly grateful that I did. Not only did Mr. Nahajski make it happen, he went above and beyond in every way possible. Admittedly, I was not the best client, in fact I was pretty bad. I missed calls and emails from him on numerous occasions, but he still persisted, even through this crazy pandemic we're in. Thanks to Mr. Nahajski's incredible work, I am able to keep driving, which considering my "unique" circumstances, I did not think was possible, as if I had that second citation hit my record, the deferred citation would have applied and I probably would have had my license suspended. Very negative experience with Mr. Nahajski. Unfortunately, his lack of communication and failure to listen to my concerns and reach out to previous attorneys for case strategy review had a significant impact on my hearings. It is disappointing that he was completely unprepared and did not prioritize my best interests. Arriving just three minutes before the hearing, especially after I had traveled across the country to resolve a 35-year-old case, is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. Additionally, it is concerning that he did not take the time to speak with me prior to the hearing. Furthermore, Mr. Nahajski provided me with a set price for handling my case, but it is clear that he did not fulfill his duties and lacked the necessary preparedness. Given the circumstances, I would have preferred to pay a higher fee for his attention to detail and due diligence, rather than having to pay five times the amount for the appeal due to his ineffectiveness and lack of preparation. It is essential to express my dissatisfaction and provide an honest review of my experience to help others make informed decisions.
