He calls me on a Sunday evening to talk about the Zoom hearing me and my wife asked if she can be there, he says " yes it's a public hearing " doesn't give me details about my wife being on video until the hearing is happening. When you called on Sunday you were on speaker (my wife speaks perfect English) you never mentioned anything of what your termination letter says. I believe you have too many cases on your plate and you don't keep good track of them and it's hard to remember what you tell customers over the phone on a Sunday evening or maybe it's just the age or who knows on what sobriety state he calles customers on a Sunday evening.
