My daughter and I went to have mani-pedi. It was busy, but not too crazy. We were seen within 20 minutes of arriving. My daughter requested a French manicure with the tips being light pink. The lady that did her mani pedi didn't really speak much English so the nail tech that was doing my nails explained to her in detail what she wanted. We both got our pedicures and moved on to the nail technicians stations. My daughter and I were not seated together so when I finished my gel manicure I walked over and noticed that my daughter's nails were not French manicure. She is only 16 and wasn't really sure of the process. Well, we were told it was too late to go back and she needed to continue with the solid pink nails. My daughter was so disappointed. I was a little heart broken for her seeing her upset. The other thing that bothers me about this place is that I'm not so sure they are using clean equipment. While a bit pricey, the shop is clean and spacious. Nelson was friendly and hard working! Definitely good customer service with him and his colleagues. They have many options of types of manicures and pedicures to choose from. Not sure what, if any, other types of services they offer since we were only there for our nails. Came in at 4:30 when they close at 5 because they advertise that they take walk in's. The lady told me they are booked up and don't have time to do an eyebrow wax. Need to use sterilized products, and not over charge. When I asked the lady at the front desk about sterilization of the products she said they use Lysol. Told gentleman (he never gave a name) that I wanted very basic manicure and pedicure. I still had one hand with gel to be removed. Wanted just a clear coat. No gel. I got nicked 3 times while trimming cuticles, got the clear coats. No message, no creams, nothing added to the water. Once done he disappeared and manager changed me 55.00. So I questioned him and he said they had to remove gel and I got a mani pedi. 55.00. Absolutely the worst experience I have had. Don't make the same mistake. read more

This has happened twice where they told me it would be 30 mins and I wait and then tell me they can't see me that the person standing right there who told me to wait says they didn't look at their appointment book! Great place :) Walked in for a last minute pedicure and was promptly greeted and brought right to the chair. I don't remember the girls name but she did a great job. The water temp was perfect, comfy chair and she was gentle. She also worked her ass off scrubbing off my callouses lol my feet were soo soft afterwards! Needless to say I was very relaxed. Overall clean salon, friendly staff and decent prices. I will be back. Ohh and something else that was nice is that all the girls working in the salon talked but also talked to the customers. I went in on yesterday which was on a Sunday. Called ahead to make an appointment. I get there, they followed state board rules, had me wash my hands etc. I sit in the chair and my original dip so extremely thick from another salon. The lady used the drill a crazy amount, I just got my nails back to a healthy place and started getting them done again after a year. So anyway, she's using the drill ALOT, I understand to get all the extra dip off from my previous set, but then it gets down to my real nail... my healthy thick nail I feel like just went down to an tiny thing that a nail tech didn't care about. Anyway, she rushed...they turned out great other than when she used the drill she drilled into my cuticle. Want to talk about painful? Here you go... to wash my hands- burn, take a shower- burn...I just started getting them done again but I think this nail tech ruined it for me. I made an appointment so there's no reason as to why she should've been rushed. Don't have time to squeeze someone in? Don't take them next time. I won't be back. read more

The WORST experience I've EVER had at a nail salon!!!!!!! I asked for dipped nails and the woman nearly took off all the skin around my nails using the buffer and nail file. I told her it was hurting and she brushed it off like it was no big deal while she continued to file my nails up to the skin. I left with 10 bloody, painful nail beds and the color faded around the edges from the excessive buffing. Not to mention it took twice as long as it should have. Was it her first day on the job or was she actually that awful? Who knows ?? Will not be returning. Ps. They do NOT use new tools between customers. Don't waste your time and money. read more

Cheapest Brazilian wax in the entire gulf coast area. They're clean and the wax specialist will get every hair if you ask nicely. I can't stand not getting waxed every so often, so I was grateful to find this place. Haven't gotten my nails done yet, but the waxing was great. Got my eyebrows done too. Mai knows what she's doing. I asked for the Deluxe for both, but the young woman who took care of me was so honest she talked into spending LESS, saying I didn't actually need the whole packages. Amazing! Although when I contacted this establishment through their Facebook page, I was told gel polish on acrylic would only cost me $20. I ended up paying MORE than I was told. I simply wanted my nails (acrylic) polished with the gel polish. Even with the miscommunication of the pricing, I actually enjoyed my 1st experience at this establishment. We were in town in a rainy weekend and needed something to do. We decided to get pedis and went to yelp for help. After seeing the great reviews we decided to try this place and it did not disappoint. There were several options for pedicures. I wish they had a few more color choices, but hey, it's just choices. We were given little bottles of water and my two friends and I were seated right away and together. Then the fun started. The ladies who did our pedicures were hilarious!!!! They were the friendliest people we could have asked for. They even gave us tips on things to do and places to eat for the rest of our trip. We actually wanted to take them with us. Oh and the pedicures came out nice. I could have used a little more pressure for the massage parts but it was great. And I can't forget to give a shoutout to Sarah, who hold the place together.
