I recently moved here from Florida and have been trying to find a good nail tech. Nicole has a very good judge of character when it comes to knowing what you will like. She will mix powders and colors to create exactly the right color you're looking for. I have to give 4 stars only because when I leave I have to pick the clear acrylic from the tips which is so annoying to me. And the 2 sets I have gotten so far, my nails have only last 2 weeks. I work in an office and type all day. My 2 index fingernails popped off while typing. One on day 13 and one on day 14. If this 3rd set doesn't last at least 3 weeks, I will unfortunately be restarting my quest to find 'my nail tech'. read more

I'm visiting from out of state and needed to have my dip redone. I get the same formula done with my "signature" look almost every time. So I walked in and said, "I want this." They said, "we don't carry OPI." Oh shit! What now?!?!? I picked as close to what I normally get. Not only was the color a great match, but the service????? Outstanding. The skills by my guy were even better than my regular back home. He was so meticulous and took his time making everything perfect. I know I'm pretty boring compared to most people, but for my want of natural looking nails, this was the best dip manicure I've had. Definitely making sure I visit every time I'm back. read more

The pedicure I got was ok, but the gel polish peeled off within a week. Then the facial....it was in a room where the door did not fully close, I was not asked to change out of my clothes and into a robe, which is normal protocol for a facial. I was also not covered with a blanket, also normal protocol. The facial itself was meh, but it was the moldy smelling face towels that were used on me that sent me over the edge....omg REALLY? Nothing about this experience was relaxing and I couldn't wait to get out of there! This is the first time in my life that I've gotten a facial and felt so gross that I flew home to take a shower and wash my face! Oh and the BONUS... usually at the end they finish with skin care products that the sell, the women told me that she just put CHAPSTICK on my lips, and the products were basically things you could get at Walmart or CVS....REALLY? In short... go at your own risk! read more

Definitely worth every bit of a five star rating!!! I was a walk in, came to get a pedicure in prep to my upcoming trip to Mexico... and I was greeted by Mary. She presented me with the list of services and I chose the one for $55. Mary did an AMAZING job and I highly recommend booking an appointment with her. The business is nice, clean, and the staff is very friendly. The prices are market prices for the Savannah / Pooler area. I will be a returning customer when I'm in Savannah (Pooler). read more

Cane here for a walk in Mani-Pedi! Got the gel Pedicure from Angie, who was so nice and attentive!! I was originally going to get gel mani also, but my kind nail tech suggested Dip powder nails, as it'll last longer and could be easily removed! I definitely recommend this place! They were so nice and lovely to talk to! read more

Went in for a classic pedicure and SNS set with my mom and was so impressed! The entire staff was kind and thorough with every service. The entire staff is very accommodating and friendly. As a guy, I didn't feel out of place. Mary and Angela are two of the best with real talent. I use to enjoy coming to the spot. However my last experience was not good. I got a pedi and full set. I was charged extra because they used the forms on my thumbs. This was not told to me before hand. The polish I selected came out 2 different shades on my toes and nails. The nail shape was wider than I customer to. Awful read more

The girl that I had couldn't have used a drill tool before. She put the speed up so high that it BURNED i had to tell her to turn it down. She had to ask me half way through drilling into my nail if it was gel or not. Like why would you use a drill if it wasn't gel?? She then spent the next 20 mins trying to get the polish off. I really liked my pedicure here and would come back again. I also filled my acrylic nails, they do look good but have already 2 broken nails and the sides do lift. I will come back for pedis though, not for manis though! Update from june: Terrible new acrylic set!! I have never in my 15 years of fake nails experienced anything like this. Tina was rude, did give me comments about my preferred shape of nails. The fake nails she put on with the glue were way too wide and did not fit! I am going to a different salon to fix this disaster! the price was 5 more than showing on their brochure! read more

Needed a mani and pedi desperately. Used Yelp to find this location in the area that I was in. Arrived and the staff were friendly. I got my brows arched, and it was 3 star (nothing rave about or special about it). Then we got a couples mani & pedi. The technician I got went really fast and didn't pay attention to detail, but after I informed them a few times about what I wanted then the end result turned out wonderfully. I really had to express the importance of cleaning the cuticles for my hands and feet. If this is not done properly then the mani and pedi wouldn't last but a few days, because all they would have done was an expensive foot and hand wash! They did provide water and some really cozy slippers that we took with us to the Bahamas! Overall, I like this location, but just make sure that they don't assign you a technician that will give you a rushed job! read more

Julie did my nail set. I showed her a picture if what I wanted, and also made requests (rounder, shorter) as she worked. The nails were not the shape or color I wanted, and are uneven. She also cut me twice while rushing to get to another customer. It was a waste of $60. read more

The first time I came, I was pleased overall and received great service. The 2nd and 3rd times were an incredible let down. The girl with the tattoos did my dip powder nails and both times she was unfriendly, rushed, and got the powder all over my cuticles. I'm appalled that they'd let someone leave looking like this. This is a great place for nail services. The salon is clean and the girl that did my nails was nice and friendly. She also helped me decide which nail enhancement was best for my nails and was patient with me when I couldn't decide on a color. Another person did my pedicure and it was nice and relaxing and I didn't feel rushed. I will definitely become a regular and highly recommend Lotus. read more

I don't typically do the whole review thing however, this is the best nail salon I've been to in Savannah. Everyone was so friendly from the jump. The lady who did my pedicure actually massaged my calves & shins and didn't just rub them half assed liked a lot of nail places do. The guy who did my acrylics was a perfectionist. He took his time but was quick, if that makes any sense. He did exactly what I wanted & I LOVE them. My natural nails are wrecked because the place I used to go to just ripped my acrylics off for a new set and totally trashed my nails & this place took extra care to not over buff or hurt me. Long story short, I absolutely recommend this place. read more

My friend and I went to get our nails done here, and while they were very busy, they still did an amazing job. I highly recommend going there and requesting Nick to do your nails if he is available. I believe he is the manager and made sure that everyone who entered the salon got taken care of in a fashionable manner plus made sure he took his time to perfect our nails. read more

This was my first time at this salon. My sister and I came here right when they opened on a Saturday and we did not have an appointment. They got us right in and I got an incredible pedicure for $25. The salon was incredibly busy within the next hour, so if you come here on a Saturday, I would recommend getting there early. I did notice a bit of mold in the foot soaker. They cover the soaker with a plastic bag, but it still made me feel a bit uneasy. The tools that they used were sterile and the nail tech was very good. Overall, I loved the experience. The nail tech made me feel comfortable and my feet looked incredible when I left. I would go back again! You can't beat the price. read more

Las night I made an appointment to get 2 classic pedicures in chairs next to each other (One for me, one for my mom.) I figured it was going to be busy (Mother's day weekend) which is why I planned ahead. Our appt. was for 12:30, we walked in, signed in, and sat down in a chair. When we walked in, a manicurist asked about our appt. info, so I assumed they were ready for us. Again, we were on time and had made the appt., I don't mind waiting and am generally a patient person, but sitting there for 15 minutes, while 2 people who had walk-in pedicures went before us, I was a little frustrated. Finally, after another 15 minutes, we were called. The lady guides us to our chair, and we sit down. We sat in our chairs, feet in lukewarm water for half an hour, waiting for a nail tech. Finally, just as we are getting excited about the nail tech walking over, he grabs the table and walks away. He starts working on a different woman, who had literally just walked in. After 30 minutes of sitting in the chair, a nail tech comes over and starts working on my feet. The pedicure itself was actually quite nice. My toes look amazing ( I got a teal ombre) and I enjoyed sitting in the massage chair. My toes had a dent, and a chip, caused by the nail tech trying to pick out one of the brush hairs that had fallen out while applying the second coat. I was done, and besides the dent and the chip, my toes looked great, and I was satisfied. However, this whole time my mother is waiting for her nail tech. 3 more walk-ins are be waited on, hand and foot (no pun intended) and her water is now cold. My pedicure took about an half an hour, plus the 30 minute wait for my nail tech, her feet looked like actual raisins. She finally got a nail tech, by this time, my toes were done. So I sat there and waited for my mother to be done with her pedicure. We got up, paid and left. While our toes look amazing, the wait was terrible. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours. They overbooked, and I felt sorry for the people who were behind us. I don't think I would recommend this salon. Overall, 3 stars. read more

When I say that I just got the best pedicure I've ever had here, I am not exaggerating. I'm currently sitting under the foot dryer right now and I couldn't wait to Yelp about it. I was traveling and am very, very picky about my nails. Coming from New York, there are so many salons, so competition is fierce and quality is usually great because of this. I wasn't expecting too much for Georgia, but was so surprised with this location. For $35, I chose the signature spa pedicure. This included a wonderful smelling sugar scrub, a leg mask with hot towel treatment, a lotion massage, and a hot stone massage with oil. Such a great deal! The girl who worked on me was so thorough and careful with the cleaning and filed my nails down rather than cutting them, which I so appreciate. And the massage! She massaged my feet and legs for probably a grand total of like 30-40 minutes, which was absolute heaven. Everything about the experience far exceeded my expectations, from cleanliness to quality, to friendliness. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to get nails done in the Pooler area. read more

I tried this place last minute when my normal salon was closed. My nail tech was very attentive to every detail when completing my nails. I got a pedicure and full set with manicure. I was very impressed with the price for all the services I received. My pedicure was amazing, she focused on really removing my calluses and moisturizing my feet. My manicure was started while I was getting my pedicure done. My nail lady did amazing, I believe her name was Juri, she even stayed late to finish my nails! I will definitely return when I can't get in at my normal place!! read more

Get my nails done regularly at Lotus, both in Savannah and Pooler. Covid has had us all itching to get our nails done lately, but this experience wasn't the best I have to say. Had to have my manicure done twice due to irregular polish and nail shape. Also beware of an additional $2 charge for sanitation which I was not informed of when I made an appointment for over the phone in advance. read more

He cut my foot and still kept going, filed my toes down too much and the shape was ugly. My daughter showed them a picture of what she wanted it what they did was hideous. The owner got upset because my daughter and I hated the nails and decided to cut them off without trying to fix them then called her husband to confront myself and my child, he had a knife in his pocket came storming through the door, we feared for our lives. I called the police (which was no help because he knew them) they were outside giving fist bumps. oh yeah I called my husband up there as well because no man should EVER feel comfortable enough with speaking to a woman that's not his significant other in that manner . I was discriminated against and customer service was awful and was in an host environment. I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN!

Sort of a pit stop after driving several hours from Hendersonville, North Carolina. I needed a break from driving and this diversion is not inconsistent with my frequent hygiene habits. No problems or complaints and hardly a wait in this packed nail salon. Friendly staff and clean establishment. Prices were on par with what I'm used to paying for similar service in South Florida. Parking is tight in this busy shopping center. Nail cutter and related tools were taken from a sterile package. My daughter was happy with her mani/pedi and even picked a nice color. Let me begin by saying regardless of the service, I still tipped BOTH women that worked on my toes (the initial tech and the tech that had to fix her work) 20% because I'm a firm believer in people being compensated for their time. However, the quality of both pedicures & my service was piss poor. The first tech did a terrible job shaping up my nails, had nail polish all over my skin, chipped my big toe (and hence had to shorten ALL of my nails as a result), flooded my cuticles, and had the GEL POLISH on my nails looking LUMPY. After communicating to her throughout the service the different corrections I wanted and still being dissatisfied, I ended up asking for a different tech to revise her work at the end of her service. Another tech did come and clean up the shape and repainted my nails with the same gel polish. The shape was an improvement from the first, but for whatever reason the polish has bubbled and cracked on my toes -- yet I was serviced TODAY and got gel polish which should cure immediately. I'm not sure if they did not prime and dehydrate my nails correctly, or if their polish is defective -- but my toes still need to be redone. Considering I paid full price + tipped 20% for a deluxe pedicure and STILL need them fixed, I will neverrrrr return and don't recommend you waste your $ or time at their establishment if you care about quality of work and your time.

I literally train the industry on exceptional spa service. In all my years visiting/training spas worldwide, I have NEVER experienced this level of negligence or injury. What Happened: During my massage, I experienced a significant injury when the therapist inappropriately pulled my neck in an improper range of motion. Pain was immediate and severe. Most Alarming: Left Alone While Injured I was left on the table briefly paralyzed and unable to move. I stated this TWICE--that I could not move and was in severe pain. The owner never came to check on me. The therapist kept insisting I get ready for my next service. I struggled alone to get up, get dressed, and walk out in excruciating pain. When I reached the lobby barely able to move, the owner sat with arms crossed, showing no concern. She didn't introduce herself, didn't stand to address me, and treated the situation with complete indifference. Blame-Shifting Instead of Accountability Both therapist and owner repeatedly implied the injury was my fault--a pre-existing condition--despite: Never experienced this injury before Felt the exact moment of improper technique Intake paperwork noted no prior neck injuries This was clearly negligence, not pre-existing Complete Lack of Accountability After Injury: No accountability - Owner treated me like I was taking advantage, not as an injured paying customer Broken promises - Agreements to issue refund check were never honored No empathy - I incurred $500+ in medical expenses (doctor visits, co-pays, treatments, travel), owner showed zero concern Refund mishandling - After agreeing to issue check (my card was cancelled due to fraud alert from unknown charge from this spa), owner issued refund to cancelled card anyway without informing me Boundary violations - After requesting all communication via mail, owner disregarded this professional boundary Industry Expert Perspective: This Is Dangerous As someone who trains spa owners worldwide on safety protocols and duty of care: this establishment presents a serious safety risk. In my training programs, I teach what to do when clients are injured: Immediately check on them Offer assistance Show concern and empathy Take full responsibility Follow up to ensure wellbeing This spa did NONE of these things appropriately or timely. Instead, they left me alone, showed indifference, and blamed me for their employee's negligence. Awards Don't Equal Quality Service This spa has been voted "Best Day Spa in Pooler" multiple times, yet other reviews cite consistent customer service failures. As someone who trains spa owners on truly award-winning service: awards mean nothing without the fundamentals--safety, accountability, communication, and genuine care. Real excellence is how you treat people when something goes wrong. The One Bright Spot The only person who demonstrated professionalism and genuine customer service was front desk staff member Becky. She kept her word, followed through, and treated me with respect. She's the only reason this isn't zero stars. Bottom Line I attempted to resolve this privately with integrity. I'm a woman of faith who prayed about this situation and hoped to resolve it as fellow believers and businesswomen (I'd even patronized the owner's faith-based coffee shop). Unfortunately, I've been consistently disregarded, invalidated, and treated as an afterthought. I cannot recommend this spa. If something goes wrong--and based on other reviews, this isn't isolated--you'll be on your own. As someone who visits spas worldwide and trains the industry on excellence, there are far better options that value clients, prioritize safety, and understand basic customer service. As someone who has trained countless spa professionals worldwide and created industry standards: this is not just poor service--it's a dangerous failure of the most basic duty of care.
