Personable & made sure I was comfortable. My skin felt amazing after my wax & I did not have to worry about if I had patches or spots that got overlooked. I always thought waxes were just a business transaction, but this girl made me feel like the aesthetic of my body mattered and she made sure to take her time. Dominique helped us.. everything was rushed... she never asked if we had any questions about anything . Never asked if it was our first time.... she never asked WHAT PACKAGE WE WANTED. (The MAIN reason we came). It was only hot for like 5 minutes which means she pre made it.. well before we got there and I know this because of how pleasant my first experience was. Disappareared for 20 minutes. Warmed it back up again... then it was time to leave. Since I work in customer service.. I know this was not acceptable. I had a great experience.. recommended y'all to my dear sister and she wasn't pleased! That's CRAZY.
