As someone who comes to Naples often, my family and I have been getting our nails done at the Nail Lounge for a couple of years now. Overall we have had a good experience, but this time was a lot different. We made an appointment in advance just for one of us to have to sit and wait for 45 minutes to get a pedicure, where the man said "it will be just a minute." Not to mention during this time he asked us if we would like water, which I said yes, and then he proceeded to never bring it. Like I mentioned we had an appointment where we had 3 pedicures, 2 full sets, and one overlay fill. This totaled out to be $455, which had us flabbergasted. After that price we didn't tip, $20 for gel on the toes is outrageous. There is no way in a million years the products they are using in that store cost anywhere near that. As my family walked out the man had the audacity to stop us and ask, "Are you going to tip my staff?" My tip to you would be don't charge outrageous prices on your mediocre services, and maybe give some more of your income to your employees instead. It's not like my nails look amazing, and for that price they should. Not to mention the gel they are using to build their acrylics now BURNS. It literally made me sweat sitting their in the chair. My sister who got a full set experienced the same thing as-well. I understand that some people in Naples have $100 to slap down on a tip, but that isn't how it is for most people. As an Indiana native person the tipping culture down here is outrageous. I've never been a person to not tip when I'm getting a service, but I've also never had to pay $500 for services. We will be looking for other Salons in the future, and if you have any recommendations let me know! read more

Just had my first visit to The Nail Lounge, a visitor from Massachusetts. I had the lemon scrub pedicure which was wonderful and included a paraffin wax and foot massage. I hate giving a minimal review. I really do. But I had to in this case because I was honestly shocked at the pricing. My husband and I live part time in Naples and we decided we needed to get a pedicure. This place had very good reviews. I booked it and we showed up. The pedicure itself was extremely nice. Like most nail salons, they are Asian and many times including this one, I don't think the communication is not the best because there is a bit of a language barrier. As a result, I indicated which pedicure I wanted for myself and my husband but I'm not entirely sure as to exactly what we got. I always get gel pedicure because it lasts longer. My husband obviously just got a basic pedicure and we both had I think callus remover. I paid and did not ask for a receipt when I left. My recollection is that I paid my tip in cash because typically most salons would prefer you do it that way. A day later, I looked at my bank account and saw that the monies had been disbursed. For two pedicures, the cost was $138. As I said, after looking in my wallet I did not pay them a tip through the account. I gave them $30 cash. So the total cost for two pedicures one of which was gel was approximately $168. I know prices are higher now but I have never, ever except in a hotel setting on vacation had a pedicure that cost that much. I will not be back unfortunately. Lesson learned that I need to ask questions before and double check everything when I leave. I have looked at pricing here locally in Pennsylvania and an average pedicure with callus remover is about $45-$50. To me, that's more in line with reasonable pricing. read more

going to be a new regular for sure ! absolutely blown away by the care, cleanliness, and attention to detail i've received today! so much that i'm excited for my nail appointment i made Saturday for my birthday nails(: its so nice to find people that take pride in their work and love what they do. i got the green tea pedicure and it was amazing! i changed to gel polish so it would last longer. it didn't set due to the oils use in the pedicure, it was my own fault because i mentioned too late i wanted gel (i thought the color i picked was) and they made sure to go above and beyond fixing my nails and even staying late to make sure they were perfect. exceptional service i haven't received anywhere else in naples salons to be honest. most would've sent me out the door with peeling polish and blamed me for not saying it sooner. the workers were all friendly and engaging. the owner was a lovely kind woman herself and offered refreshments and even $10 off my next visit while i waited. they were very gentle but removed all my calluses and cuticles, which is another plus i haven't found anywhere else here. my feet and legs feel so nice from the green tea lotion as well. plus a nice hot stone treatment after. strongly recommend coming here! oh and the prices are unbelievable as well, very fair. thank you guys!! read more

I went with my four year old daughter who loves to get her nails painted, for a little pampering and they were more than welcoming and catering and went above and beyond for what I wanted. One lady even entertained my daughter while Eva finished my nails . Eva always goes above and beyond for the ideas I show her and brings them to life. With the miserable last few months of quarantine and lockdown, I had not had a manicure and pedicure in 5 months. We are visiting from out of town and I was excited to finally go! I started at a popular (good reviews) salon close to The Nail Lounge and it was a disaster. My nails looked terrible (nails cut too short, uneven and jagged, cuticles pushed back and sticking up) and I had to refuse further service and literally walked out the door almost in tears. I sat in the car and called The Nail Lounge and spoke with Eva the owner. She calmed me down and said to come in right away and they would fix my nails. I sat down with Daniel who immediately fixed the disaster. My nails were cleaned up and polished perfectly with a lovely massage. My pedicure was also wonderful with a great massage and polish. Daniel did a wonderful job and I will definitely be going back to the Nail Lounge while I'm here. I highly recommend them! They are very clean, use top of the line polishes with a huge selection, and each client gets their own nail pack (file, cuticle pusher, buffer, pumice stone)! The massage chairs are comfortable and clean with a new liner per client. They are a fairly new salon to the area but please give them a try!! read more
