I even recently started coming here to get my eyebrows waxed (I lost my favorite tweezers and can't find any like them no matter where I look) and I'm always happy with how tame they can get my brows to look. After calling several in the area, this one finally answered their phone (or had some availability) and we easily made an appointment. The good: this salon was well designed with careful thought and attention to detail. The space is aesthetically pleasing and the furnishing are new and in good repair. It was easy to make an appointment on a Saturday morning with less than two hours notice. My wife was very pleased with her how her curls turned out. The true test will be whether they can stay that way for the rest of the day! The bad: I almost drove right by the place when trying to find it! There is a sign out by the road but the building it's in is completely unmarked (except for the decal on their entrance). Some of the chairs had hair clippings on them! Not a deal breaker, but it's not the most difficult thing in the world to clean off (especially when there are at least two staff members in the "Employees Only" back room). The laminate flooring was a little hokie. I wouldn't have noticed it at all if I hadn't hit a few spots where it was bubbling up (the only black mark on an otherwise spotless job by the contractor here.
