(Don't quote me on the spelling). It was the worst manicure I've ever had. It started to peel at the base of the nail after 3 days. Normally I wouldn't be upset because maybe it was my fault, but it was because she rushed through my manicure and didn't wipe my nails clean after clipping my cuticles and filing my nails. The reason she was rushed is because they were past the point of being overbooked. One of the young girls working started almost crying saying she couldn't "do any more" when they accepted another two walk ins after they already had 4 people in the waiting area....mind you there were 9 people being serviced on top of the 6 in waiting. I won't be going back. I understand you don't want to turn customers away, but when your quality of work starts to go down hill because you are understaffed it isn't the right business decision.

During a pedicure, the technician used a foot rasp (the "cheese grater" tool) on the TOPS of my toes. Despite me explaining that my skin is very sensitive and tender, she continued until I was left with bloody scrapes and blisters. Using this tool on the tops of toes is not standard practice and was incredibly painful. When I called to share my concerns and sent photos, the response was defensive and unprofessional. Instead of listening, a man spoke to me using "legal mumbo jumbo" as if I were threatening a lawsuit. He even tried to shift the blame onto me for not disclosing a medical condition, despite the fact that this tool should never be used on the tops of anyone's feet. It took months of follow-up and sending photo updates of my scarring before I was finally heard. All I wanted was an acknowledgement of the mistake and a promise to retrain the staff, but the salon turned a simple safety concern into a hostile confrontation. Proceed with caution.

I tried out this salon because I was part of a bridal party and everyone planned to go to this one…read more I planned it get French tip acrylics which I have gotten before at other spas so I knew what to expect. After the nail tech recommended I get dip powder nails I agreed but it went down hill. The nail drill burned me multiple times that left visible marks. The French tips were very uneven and the nails were uneven and bumpy. Edit: everyone else in the bridal party had a similar experience. Uneven nails, and burned off skin. My sisters nail tech even made her change the color she wanted to get her nails because the nail tech said "It's a bit ugly" (all she asked for was a white to pink ombré)
