Terrible pedicure. Water was cold and the massage was, not much of one. The jagged nails, terrible cuticle trimming and overall polishing was beyond horrible. I will return tomorrow to see if they will rectify this. Either way....don't waste your time. And, my last time there was equally unpleasant. Just a standard nail salon. When I first started coming here, they were awesome, but recently they've just gone downhill. Every time I stop in to simply get acrylics, they always try to upsell and when I say no, they keep badgering me to do what they want. I asked what the price was basic acrylics were and they said $30 so I decided to just go with that. As I'm getting my nails done, they bring it up to me again to do what they want and it'll only cost $5 more; so I said fine. When it came time to pay, they charged me $40. I thought they said it was $30 and then an extra $5 should have made it $35. Where did the rest come from? I'm always skeptical of this so I will probably stop going to this nail salon and try a new one in the future. read more

They lie about appointments and pick and choose who they take. This is not a reputable business. Serious health concerns as well. I waited 30min for an appointment that I never got to fill......then they had my polish remover on my nails for over an hour while they took walk ins in front of me. They never even put water in the bowl for convenience. Then they told me after removing my polish to come back tomorrow. A serious waste of my time. I get paid $225 an hour so imagine the money and time lost trying this place. Unbelievable! read more

HORRIBLE .! When I went I saw that the nail salon had a sign outside "walk-ins welcomed" and so assuming that they would go by their signs, I walked in and asked if anyone was available for a manicure . He instantly said we don't do walk ins but because no ones here fine sit down . RUDE ! He was not gentle with my hands he was pinching my skin, pulling my hands everywhere. He then assumed I wanted dipping powder on my nails . When he asked how long I wanted my nails , and I said medium he told me I shouldn't them that long.... like he is going to be living life for me. He cut my left side of nails too short . Kept adding fees to my nails because he knew atp I was not going to give him a tip. After all that effort of trying to give him the benefit of the doubt he then put his headphone in and turns up music really loud so he doesnt have to hear me like WOW I'm amazed that they even are still open . Very poor customer service. They did not ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. They just assumed I wanted the basic. The staff does not talk to you. The guy who did my pedicure grunted at me a few times. He seemed to be racing with the girl next to him who was doing my sister's pedicure. I've never had one done so quickly and the massage was the fastest I've ever had. My sister tried to start a conversation with a girl who was working on her, but only got one short quick answer to the question she asked. Then we were pointed to the drying station and we're not assisted and getting over there and we had to turn the machine on ourselves. After sitting there for a while with no instructions on how long, we finally got up and left. The staff barely said 2 words to us the entire time we were there. I will not return. read more

I used to like this place but the staff has changed and so has the service. It took an hour and a half to do a pink and white manicure and the technician seemed very inexperienced. I would no longer recommend this nail salon to friends and family. read more

I made an appointment for 11am for a pedicure with charlie. They sat me down to soak at 1130. At 1150 I stood up, dried my feet, put my shoes on and walked out. Not one of the 5 employees said one word to me while in the chair or as I walked out. Bad. Bad. Bad service. read more

I go to Angel Nails every two weeks to get my nails done. I always have May do my nails, as she does such a great job. May is very detailed and creative and always takes her time. I won't go anywhere else or let anyone else do my nails. read more

Very nice staff, however, my pedicure chipped in 3 days and the shellac only lasted a week. Disipointing for the $70 price tag.
