She told us she had several clients actively looking to purchase and that they would be interested in our home. Her proposal was; if we listed with her, she would show our house at an exclusive pre-market price during the staging and preparing process but a showing with her clients never happened, only excuses. Don't think that you as her client will be her priority; you will probably meet with her once. Every step of the process is delegated, which gets very frustrating when you want a clear straight answer and it takes several phone calls because every move still has to be approved by Pam. We thought she had enough experience to have insight to the market value but she proved to be inconsistent with her suggested list price, moving up and down from her original assessment. After making the recommended upgrades and spending over $10,000; we were ready for her professional photographer but we were derailed. It was requested of us to sign a release form withdrawing her from our contract! Pam didn't even have the courtesy to make this call herself ! There is NO excuse nor rebuttal acceptable for this unprincipled conduct.
