Our vendors were pleased with the overall facility. Over the course of seven months, I worked directly with Fay, the venue's event coordinator. Fay was quick to answer any questions and provided guidance where needed. The overall process and experience ran smoothly. My only change would have been scheduling the final walk through and floorplan layout 1.5 - 2 weeks prior to the event for any changes. Hopefully, we will use Milano in the future.

My sister got married here 4 years ago or so but I didn't get a chance to see every little detail when she got married. Now that it was my turn, I was sooooo excited I picked Signature Manor. With full transparency, we visited at least 2 other locations before making our decision and were looking at at least 1 more go consider. Our must haves: 1. Stand alone facility (no crammed in a shopping center) 2. Clean facility 3. Plenty of Parking 4. A place that won't nickel and dime you 5. Great staff to work with ***First Impression: This place was even better than I remembered. They had done a ton of renovations and the place looked good, plenty of Parking and the staff was also so nice and courteous. Can I let you guys in on a secret? We would go to Signature Manor every month (because we chose to make payments) before we knew we could pay online... we didnt read the fine print... Anywho, we just enjoyed going there... Talking to the staff, asking questions... After a while, they were like family!! ***Venue: The venue is a nice stand alone. It is large on the outside and on the inside which is a great use of space. There are restrooms upstairs and downstairs. There is also an additional room upstairs for children or whatever you like. Essentially, the entire venue is yours. We have seen some nightmarish weddings where the guests are in the wrong wedding because they are connected/ joined. Not here!!! The separate Bride and Groom Suites are nice because they are right by the elevator and they have locks on them. Very safe! The ballroom is huge and the foyer area is big enough to host a ceremony or cocktail reception. ***Parking: There was plenty of parking, which wraps around the building. ***Food: The kitchen is super flexible and can accommodate anything. We had an amazing food tasting, where we were able to accommodate even our Vegan guests! The cake was also amazing. Yay Cakes by Gina! ***Staff: So, I must say, I am very detail oriented and thought that they may be a problem, but it was not! We worked with Katherine who helped our vision come to life. We were then assigned Alex as our Coordinator and we worked very well together. She allowed me to be free with my super crazy ideas and executived them perfectly. She gave us her insights on what has not worked well and what has in the past, which was very helpful. I would be remiss if I left our everyone who made our Wedding possible from Alice, who heard all of my stressed out sob stories, Asia who kept the party going with Alex, Ryan who gave us a male's perspective and always knew how to keep the jokes coming to lighten the mood... we even saw Bonnie a few times! Now that is what we call family. And we never saw any attitudes or craziness from the staff no matter how many questions we asked. They were always there to answer and went above and beyond. A++ for Customer Service. And it's not only them, but their vendors too including our Photographer Tomas. He spend so much time with us, getting to know. So personable and friendly. A rare and valued trait for a photographer!!! ***Cleanliness: This place is super clean. The staff is very attentive and didn't allow dirty dishes to remain on the guest tables. The restrooms are even very clean. A+ for sure. In essence, we highly recommend this venue, not just because the venue looks like it should belong in an amazing fairly tale but because they help your fairy tale come true!!!

The main building has a courtyard that allows for cocktail hour, or a mixer prior yo entering the building. The interior is pretty standard issue and I found it to be unremarkable outside of the wedding.

I was able to meet a bunch of new vendors at the event space and I was so excited. A couple of particular ones I was able to hire afterwards! 11 brisco Manor has her open houses because they always provide the best vendors and the best opportunities for networking. I appreciate that they have ample parking and I'm so looking forward to the next open house this fall.

My family and I were invited to a wedding here. I would describe this as the Kim Son venue part…read morewithout the restaurant. The outside looks kind of dated with a washed out pale pink color. They do have valet, but the line was too long. Their parking lot wasn't very big. So, valet needed to be creative with parking cars. We opted to self park, which was problematic with the rain and standing water in the parking spots. Inside, there was security on the first floor and a winding staircase. The wedding reception was located on the second floor. In front of the venue entrance, there was a fun photo booth, a full bar, a pile of wedding favors, and a backdrop for picture taking with the bride and groom. The reception venue itself was huge. For perspective, this venue housed about 600 guests. So, if you're looking for a venue for a large party, this is your spot. There were brightly lit, huge chandeliers above us. There was a decent sized dance floor in the middle of the room, and a long table for guests to enjoy milk tea from The Teahouse - I enjoyed the strong tea flavor, despite how sweet it was for me. We got to our table, which barely squeezed nine of us in comfortably. But, we managed. I did enjoy how much food we received at this wedding. Like other Kim Son weddings I've attended, I'm always left full after these events. There were 9 courses, which included the wedding cake. My favorites of the night included the Peking Duck & Steamed Bun, Grilled New York Strip & Asparagus (although, I didn't eat the asparagus. lol), the seafood part of the Seafood Bird's Nest, and the Yang Chow Fried Rice. The Photo Booth was really fun. There were all kinds of props and quotes to choose from for fun pictures. Although, there was only a short amount of time to pick our props and take the pictures. Overall, I had a good time at this wedding venue. If you plan to have a large wedding reception, this spot can accommodate you. Plus, if you have hungry guests that are huge eaters, they will leave very full here.

They have a balcony, dressing rooms, and restrooms. This venue is owned by the Kim Som family. We had an event here in the upstairs ballroom for about 400 guests. They have their own kitchen here. The food is your average Vietnamese dishes and they do accommodate to vegetarians. You can request a blueprint of how the tables will be set up to plan your seating chart. You can also ask the manager to tour the venue beforehand. However, sometimes it was hard to get in touch with the manager. Although the venue was spacious, the parking lot was not. At least not if you have 400-500 guests coming. On Sunday's, there is a church in the same plaza so the parking spaces were taken up. Additional parking can be found around the plaza. Overall, a good venue to plan your special occasions.
