Kevin is awesome! He takes pride in his work and his storytelling made the room. He took what would be an ordinary set and props and painted a creative and engaging story for our team. All of us are seasoned players and it was refreshing to see a different storyline and way of solving puzzles. Murder mystery fans, this is a good one. And if you're easily scared, don't worry. There was a singular scary part and it made our team laugh after. So, it's fairly accessible if you're not a haunted house person. read more

Our family did our first escape room at the #1 escape room in Las Vegas. A true immersive 5 star experience. So maybe we went in with too high expectations but Exitology let us down. The guy running the place was very nice but we were off to a rough start from the beginning. We did the Horror Nursery Rhyme game and without violating the non disclosure agreement let me just say it had absolutely nothing to do with nursery rhymes. The backstory was vague and we struggled to hear over the speaker blasting Erik Satie piano music. There were problems throughout the game with the walkie talkies and volume of the sounds and music overhead. Other than the lack of clarity in the progression of the game (another reviewer Ann M said there were too many numbers provided in the first room and it was unclear which to use - she was spot on), there was no normal flashlight provided in a near pitch black room. The special flashlight provided was dim and flickering, probably needing new batteries. When we finally escaped the room, there was no mechanism to actually open the door. We didn't even realize it was solved until the employee/manager/owner came into the room. I can go on and on listing the complaints we discussed as a family afterwards. For the record, he provided an explanation of the storyline and progression of the room but collectively we agreed that it was a poor and unclear story with an over abundance of props that should be glued down if they're not part of the game. An easy fix. No need for over fifteen moveable books in the room to confuse players. This escape room was a mess. One star for the mechanisms themselves. Another star for the pleasant staff and convenience of scheduling on Christmas Eve. read more

went with about 10 people , and I would say to keep your group size small. Having too many people made it very chaotic and even at times some of us weren't really doing anything. I would say the puzzles themselves are fairly simple and straight forward. Did 2 puzzles & it was really expensive even with Groupon. About 40 bucks for each person, can't imagine how much it would've been had we not had their "discount" . So I'm not sure if it was all that worth it. read more

I really enjoyed the Horror Nursery Rhyme. However, there were things we had to do to get the next clue that no matter how intuitive or smart we were , we could not have foreseen. We were forced to change our booking due to familial emergencies, and even had a printed confirmation of the change of date and time. Our reservation was marked as a no show for the original date and time, and were charged full price. Management was beyond uncooperative and refused to offer us anything, despite their clear wrongdoing. I feel bad about leaving a poor review, especially considering that it is clearly a family establishment and reviews are important, but scamming your customers is unacceptable. read more

Great place for team building! There was six of us and we absolutely loved this game. We picked the theme: Horror Nursing Rhyme, but believe me, it's not horrible at all, and it's more like detective story and the whole team has to cooperate very well to win. All the puzzles are set intriguingly. The story ending is unexpected but making perfect sense. Lol, definitely worth a try. Currently they have two themes and one more is coming soon. The reviews are why we chose this location & the reviews were not at all accurate. :/ Spent $150 & feel completely ripped off. 1st of all, let me state that the owner?/mgr? person was extremely kind & helpful. I hate to write a negative review but feel this place is definitely not worth the time nor the $ required to participate. One problem lies w the fact that the scenario is entirely too complicated. I highly doubt anyone would ever come to the conclusions they have set out. Seriously. Another big issue was the 'clues'. Only with his assistance, we located clues but there is no rhyme or reason to them. Lots of numbers & dates & combination locks & how exactly are you to know what goes to what? Another issue was that you are expected to place specific objects or perform certain actions at specific places in the room to make certain things happen BUT there is absolutely no indication that that's what needs to happen. One would NEVER know to do these actions so it makes it very frustrating! At the end, he kindly explained the story to us. It was so long and complicated that both the teens & adults had difficulty understanding it! Such a letdown. The owner seems to love his job but I don't see this being a success unless some changes are made. He needs to start by seriously considering a simplified story & by having the clues logically lead more directly from one to the next. Also, having participants need to place things in certain locations, think about HOW would a person know to do that? Knock on something using a specific pattern? Well, how would a person KNOW to do that? & in that specific spot??? The clues NEED to guide them!!! read more

This place has probably the worst customer service ever. We booked a Friday and when we showed up they said we were booked for Thursday. They never texted, called, or otherwise tried to reach us on Thursday. Just kept our money and didn't even try to accommodate us on Friday. We've enjoyed our experience with the Horror Nursery rhyme. I was worried about it being too scary but turned out There's no horror elements that will actually make you jump. A lot of technology design into the triggers, which is more impressive than the ones I played before. During a recent trip to Houston, our friend recommended this place. Wasn't she right! Easily one of the most fun 2 hours of our entire trip! We did the "castle murder" one. Compared to the escape rooms we did elsewhere, this one stood out with a very unique story and definitely a one of kind last puzzle ;). It was not an easy one, but the clues were very gradual and thoughtful, something I liked compared to some other rooms, there weren't any false clues. You need at least one person on the team who is good with math. Btw, the owner was a really cool dude; totally loves his job. would definitely come back next time we visit Houston! read more
