Had a bad experience, but management has offered to make things right. I will rewrite my review shortly.

The young man who ran the escape room was very friendly and pleasant. We had some problems with the room but we got good customer service.

Ask the Community - Exitology Escape Room

Are any of the rooms scary? I have young family members and i want to make sure this place is appropriate for all of my family.?

None of them are horror but they will be dark and if the little ones are easily spooked it's worth talking with the attendant for a heads up. Autumn in great, albeit underpaid, for how great she makes your games so definitely talk to her.

While it was great to see some familiar faces, it was even better to meet some new faces. We joined forces as team "Strawberry Scarlett" and never looked back! It was almost as if we knew each for the longest of times and we all had just met tonight. If anyone is looking for team building, I'd definitely recommend this place. You work together as a team and come up with answers to questions that you think you have it all together, news flash, who did y'all poll for some of these answers. Lol. It's all good because Strawberry Scarlett stayed on top till the very end. Yes there is some salt in that statement. It was a fantastic event overall. I am thinking the manager was having a little bit of scare towards the beginning and during team assignments (hence not 5 stars). I get it, it's overwhelming expecting so many people. Hopefully in the end she was able to relax because everything was great. KEKE and Savannah (I hope I have her bae right) made up for some of that experience. They kept us hype during game time Saint Arnold was there along with J. Lohr wines and whithaven for our libations. But let's pause and talk about that Knead Me Bakery lemon scone. I love any and everything lemon and they had it right on spot. We also were served some Chuys, tap the mic, jalapeño dip. Yum. Along with Zalat Pizza. Thank you Ms. Britt. Great idea as always. And you blew it out the park showcasing multiple businesses just a short walk away. You're the best! Job well done for sure.

Pricing and promos. I came here with my 5yo daughter during…read morea school day off and took advantage of their $15 a person all you can play promo from before noon (11am open) to 4pm. She doesn't reach the 4 feet height requirement so she couldn't do the gravity ropes or laser tag, but we came for bowling anyways. Since we got there shortly after 11am, the line wasn't too long and we got a bowling lane. Bowling shoes are $5, so even with the promo, you still are paying $41 for 2 people. Bowling. Bowling is by the hour NOT game, which I find annoying. They WILL shut down your lane in the middle of a game, and you'll never know who was going to win if you're playing against your friends Or even if you're going for a personal best. UGH, this is probably my biggest complaint. once your hour is done, You can put your name on a waitlist for another lane if you are doing the all you can play. This was bad timing for us because I just ordered lunch, so the waitress had to move our stuff to one of the back tables and deliver our food there. Food. Waitstaff is friendly and helpful. They will even get you water to your table, no charge. This time I ordered the cheese pizza kids meal ($7) and boneless chicken wings ($12) for lunch. I like that their kids' meals are reasonably priced, but then they make us order food too... hm. lol Food was decent, minus the brussel sprouts side which was an extra $2 and just boiled, not fried & crispy like what I was expecting. Next time, maybe just ask for the fruit (orange slices) as a side? Arcade. The promo included a $10 arcade card per person which was 50 credits. Each game is about 7.5 to 10 credits. I thought the Wicked Tuna game gave us the most tickets (40ish) with the least amount of skill & luck. With two $10 cards, we came out with 200 tickets and got a squishy ball and candy. We weren't going for tickets though so I'm sure we could have gotten a little more if we tried and didn't play Mario Kart, but that was her fav game haha. At the redemption center, the attendant can easily combine cards and also add funds back to your card if you hit one of those machines that didn't work. Overall, we spent $30 (with tip) on lunch and $40 on play, so $70 for a mommy daughter play date on a school day off and stayed for about 3-4 hours. Not terrible. In this economy though, it's getting tougher to justify these entertainment visits as it quickly adds up! when really, my kid just wants to play video games .

Not terribly old but not new, modern and fresh. A quick stop in the restrooms right inside the doors was a mistake. The place was TRASHED. I MEAN TRASHED!! Paper towels were thrown EVERYWHERE. Gross. We then waited in the ONLY line to purchase our fun card since we only planned to play arcade games.... The line took an eternity and there was only one group in front of us. Numerous times I asked if we could just leave. The lady working the register, who was helping this group, would just leave her post to run to the bar to get drinks for a group that was bowling. Wait time had to be 15 minutes. Anyways, when it was finally our turn, we ask to get a 1-hour arcade card, like we have gotten at every single Main Event we have ever been to... including the last one we visited in San Antonio, just last month. We were informed that they only have credit fun cards. I was blown away because all we have ever gotten were timed ones because we don't need to accumulate points/tokens for their crappy prizes. We just want to play games. Cheapest fun card was 150 credits for $28. According to their website, each game is 5-15 credits. Not worth it in my opinion. We want the timed card instead. Needless to say, we were pretty disappointed and we left. We'll save the rest of our Main Event gift card and use it in San Antonio. The stop here was the biggest waste of time. Probably a good thing we didn't stay. Looked like the place was overrun by a bunch of unsupervised early teens anyways. Probably explains the trashed bathrooms. Witnessed 2 girls pretend sword fighting with pool sticks. We don't need to be around that.

The instructor got a station set up for each of us, and then we were led through the different steps of making our own bowl. She walked around and gave us guidance when needed. When we messed up, she stepped in to help us fix the problem. Aprons are provided, but you'll want to wear old/crummy clothes anyway because there's nothing to protect your pants or your sleeves.. There were a lot of options in this basic beginner class. Bowls could be flat, taller, round, heart-shaped, scallop-edged, etc. Lastly, we picked the color(s) that we wanted our bowls to be. There was even the option to hand-paint the bowls. We didn't get to take our bowls home right away because they needed to go through the kiln twice, I think. The wait time before we get our bowls back should end up being around 3-5 weeks I believe. There is a very cute and friendly little dog freely roaming around the studio. Overall, a fun & pleasant experience!

I later received a text message from Michelle, but instead of answering my question, she repeatedly asked who I was. When I followed up, she assumed I was a bot and blocked me. Strange because her texts seemed more bot-like than my own...and she got my number from a voicemail that I left? Anyway since the number matched the one listed on their website, this was both surprising and unprofessional. I was interested in signing up, but the lack of phone availability and how my inquiry was handled left me with a poor impression.
