Just to give people an idea of how this company operates, I was told 8/11 that I would get proof of…read morethe text for the t-shirt the next day, that didn't happen & on the 13th I got a picture of the text on a t-shirt which I didn't approve and requested a minor adjustment in person at the store on the 14th and requested a proof that day ,I waited a few days & on 8/17 I receive a text saying my t-shirt that included pictures of the actual printed t-shirt that I never received a proof of for my approval was ready for pickup. Also on the 14th I was told that upon pickup I would receive a refund for $2 for the t-shirt I provided them. I went back to the store on the 18th and asked why the proof wasn't sent after I had texted them earlier that day to enlarge the text and send a proof & got no response to that text. At the store at first they acted as if I hadn't given specific instructions on text size & for proof approval but agreed to remove the the text and enlarge it. Never got any notification that the order was ready & when I went back to the store for pickup on the 23rd I was told that they couldn't give me the $2 refund I had been promised because the safe was locked as if they have no change for their customers who pay in cash. They said I would have to wait around for the owner to show up for my refund whenever that would be who knows, I explained that I couldn't wait around for who knows how long as I had to get to work. I asked why would they make me drive back there another day & Jose just repeated that there was nothing he could do because my refund was in the safe with a big smirk on his face. So I left & I won't be coming back ever. They can keep the $2 as I have no desire to deal with those who don't keep their word and then taunt their customer with pathetic excuses.
