Every time I drop off a package, they find a reason to charge me -- even when I'm simply returning an item in the same original box it came in. Their usual excuse is that it's "not the correct box," even though the package hasn't even been opened. This has happened three times now, which makes it feel like a pattern rather than a mistake. Other UPS locations accept the same returns without any issue or extra charge. This store seems more focused on adding unnecessary fees than helping customers. I won't be returning to this location again.

I thought maybe it was because nobody comes here, but several people came in in the two people working were extremely efficient and had them in and out so quickly that no line forms. I have never seen a UPS store that worked as well and had such kind and efficient staff members. I will be going out of my way to come to this UPS store anytime I need packages to be shipped.

Para las personas de la zona que usan Amazon es muy conveniente el poder realizar devoluciones en esta facilidad, lo que no te dan nada como los $5 de Khols. Abren a las 8:30 AM y mi recomendación es que abrieran mas temprano porque para los que trabajamos ya esa hora es un poco tarde. Lo ideal es poder ir a la tienda antes de enrutarse al trabajo. Los domingo estan cerrados y el sabado ofrecen servicios hasta las 4:00 PM. Tambien se puede imprimir y resolver otros asuntos como conseguir cajas vacias y materiales basicos de oficina.
