They were priced competitively and did a great job on the trees. however I noticed that they put their hot equipment on the turf and melted it without telling me. it is possible they didn't notice. I reached out to them after 3 weeks as I noticed it late to see if they will make it right, as it will cost me 400 usd to fix it. Within 2h they were at the house, both Owner and Jose. The owner saw the damage and immediately tried to make it right by wanting to refund all the work plus the cost of fixing. I was shocked by how honest they are. I hired Jose and his team to cut down a 120-foot tall fir tree. Of the three quotes I received, Jose's bid was not only the lowest, it was extremely reasonable. In addition, he emailed me his business license, insurance information, and other documents to allay any concerns I had because of the height of the tree and its close proximity to my neighbors. On the scheduled day, Jose's crew arrived on time and immediately began to stage the area for tools and equipment, as well as placing cones, where needed, for safety's sake. The tree hovered over a fence only 3-feet away and shared by two other neighbors. Jose's crew skillfully and carefully cut down the branches and the trunk without damaging the fence. The crew of 6 was very well coordinated and the branches were immediately hauled away and placed in a chipper and the trunks were loaded onto another truck. The job took 1.5 days to complete. On both days, the owner and his crew came on time and got straight to work.
