Beyond terrible customer service Placed an order waited 10 days with no contact other than the initial auto generated receipt from the Shop app. After almost 2 weeks I reached out and was told they had an inventory brain fart and would refund me. It took 10+ days to see they had no stock and only started the return after I contacted them. and Contrary to what I was told there was no explanation email in my junk folder. AVG posts this online store is a scam and not a reputable business don't make the same mistake as I did and ignore AVG unless you like having your money in someone else bank account with nothing in return. read more
