My bestie was in town and we love our plant babies and nurseries. We located this place and went to…read moresupport. We first arrived and were greeted and it was pleasant, we wondered and of course I found 3 new babies. I had set 2 down on a table up by register wall and when I was done I got them and placed on the counter. The gentleman walked away didn't say anything but he grabbed a box top for I assume the plants. As he gets back a lady comes who I assume is a regular places her plant while I'm standing there with my wallet, he starts speaking to her and they hold a conversation and he moves the payment tap near her as I look I was thinking this entire time he was ringing me up but she pays they finish their conversation as she leaves he then gets the lid he originally grabbed and at that time I pick up the plants he sighs and says " still shopping" I said no not at all I place them back in their places and left. I'm huge in customer service now I won't make a fuss but I will politely leave and never return.

They have the supplies for a lot of art/craft projects and you simply let them know whether you want to try it then or sign up for something. And if you aren't artistic on your own, there is no pressure to sign up...just browse through the wide range of items. There are paintings, photos, soaps, candles, wood items, jewelry, ceramics, glass items, etc. All items were made by artists in the region and seem to be affordably priced (especially compared to many of the galleries I've been to.) What the shop is interested is in giving the customer an experience, not just selling you an item. They can't out "Amazon" Amazon. But they can provide you a creative experience that Amazon can't. If we had more time, I think my wife and I might have taken a shot at making something. If you are interested, you might contact them ahead of time to get an idea of how to dress and get an idea of how long you should plan for making something or when the classes are. John also is a lifelong jazz player and some of his work expresses his love for jazz with amazing representation.
