We left that day knowing Men's Wearhouse would be our go-to spot for any of my husband's future suiting needs. Full disclosure though--when we returned to pick up one of the suits (he purchased one for the wedding and another for date nights), Lamont wasn't there. Unfortunately, we experienced some of the worst customer service we've ever had. The young Black woman working that day made it clear she would've rather been anywhere else. She tried to engage in small talk toward the end of our visit, but the attitude she had carried up to that point had already left a bad taste. Fast forward to today--my husband and I had some errands to run and decided to stop by Men's Wearhouse first, just to get it out of the way. To our surprise and delight, there was Lamont! We were so genuinely happy to see him. As always, he was dapper and dressed to the nines, instantly elevating the energy of the entire store. Lamont has the confident ease of a store owner and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable while providing exceptional service. His professionalism and warmth today completely restored our faith in Men's Wearhouse. My husband and I have already agreed--we'll only return on days Lamont is working.
