I needed two notary signatures / seals for a Durable Power of Attorney document, and a Medical Power of Attorney document and Sam was able to do both without any issues or hiccups. When she was finished, I asked for multiple business cards of hers so I could refer future friends and colleagues in need of a notary to her in the future. Additionally, if you're in Burbank and you need a traveling notary she will come to you (provided she's at home in Burbank as well) for a mere $40 extra fee on top of her per page notary fees ($15 per page). Admittedly I was upset returning to the store location, and faced with explaining how the previous employee didn't fax the entire packet of document.
