Extremely disappointing customer service and billing experience. I booked a massage that was intended to be a gift from my mother-in-law. My credit card was provided only to hold the reservation. When it was time to pay, I specifically presented my mother-in-law's credit card for the massage. They took her card and charged the tip to it, so there was absolutely no confusion about which card I was presenting for payment. I later happened to notice on my own credit card statement that they had charged the entire massage to my card on file anyway. What made this so frustrating was the response when I brought the mistake to their attention. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to make things right, I had to repeatedly pursue a resolution, only to ultimately be told that they would not refund the charge. Mistakes happen. What separates a good business from a bad experience is how they handle those mistakes. Charging a card that was provided to hold a reservation instead of the card physically presented at checkout is concerning enough. Refusing to meaningfully resolve the situation afterward is what turned this into a one-star experience for me. I would strongly recommend that anyone booking here carefully check the card they keep on file and review their credit-card statement afterward. I certainly did not expect to have to do that after a massage that was supposed to be a gift. I will not return. read more

Amira and Chani are both amazing. Everyone working there is friendly and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Yes it's in a strip mall, and yes, there are no doors on the rooms (they are more like big tents) but I have never felt anything but relaxed in there. Kendra-I was charged again on Oct 1. I shared a screenshot w Joey. No, it was not cancelled correctly and it shouldn't be this difficult. *** DO NOT JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP ** They will not cancel. After 2 emails and 2 calls with proper 30 day notice I am still being charged. You can only cancel via an email from GM and he is "never at the site", because he is always "promoting". This is actually illegal if you provide proper notice. It's a shame. The therapists and massage environment are pretty good. Mgt is taking this place down. read more

This was my first time getting an 80 min massage. Wow did I like it! Booked through classpass. I felt like no time was wasted of my 80 min swedish style massage. Only interesting thing about this place and most of the time I'm sure it's not a big deal but there's only curtains between massage tables so you can hear what's going on next door which I didn't mind but others might not find that comforting. Felt like half the time I was just being rubbed on and not massaged. She would massage one part of me on one side then completely disregard the other side. Half massaged one part of one of my hand, didn't touch the other hand. It was just the laziest massage I've ever received in my life. Staff just apologized and said she would let the manager know. It was an okay experience. Neither stunning nor terrible. The good bits: - Flexibility of scheduling was great. I knew I had an hour free on a particular day for a massage. It was easy to book at the exact time I wanted. - The heated towels for the back and feet were extremely pleasant. - The massage itself was fine. The less good bits: - You're essentially receiving a massage in a dark warehouse that is partitioned off by heavy canvas flaps into different service areas. - The masseuse can't knock on the door to ask if you are ready for him/her, because there's just a canvas flap and no door. (I don't know. If I'm naked in an unfamiliar place, I am generally PRO-DOOR.) - Sound could be an issue (although it was not during my session). White noise machines are doing some real heavy lifting here. - In addition to the usual top and bottom sheets, my massage table was festooned with some kind of faux sheepskin throw. Was I warm and snuggly 'neath the sheepskin throw? Indeed. But there's no way they launder these things for each guest. Have thirty different strangers at some point snuggled 'neath the same sheepskin throw? I would assume so! - It's expensive. Upon exit, you are given the option to tip your service provider with a 20%, 25%, 30% tip, or the other tip of your choice. Paying $120 + tip for a 50 minute massage in a canvas tent feels a touch comical. I'd come back in a "massage emergency" situation, but until then, I'll save my dollars on facilities with doors and machine-washable textiles. read more

This was my go to quick and relaxing massage spot, have never had a bad masseuse. I booked a 50 minute massage on a Friday evening and upon arrival, the receptionist let me know they were doing complimentary 80 minute massages for customers who booked 50 minutes on weekdays. I said "wow, I can switch to 80 minutes for free?" She said yes and I accepted. Had a great massage. I heard the receptionist on the phone using my full name before I came into the lobby. She asked me to leave a tip via tippy and let me know she'd be just a moment while she figured out how to apply to promo code for my massage. I then awkwardly stood there while her manager argued with her over the phone and clearly let her know the promotion wouldn't be honored. She calmly spoke to her manager and explained the situation, and it never seemed they came to resolution. Finally they hung up and the receptionist let me know the code wouldn't work but that I would still only be charged for the 50 minute massage that I booked. I said great, thank you, and went on my way! The next day I receive a call on my cell from the supervisor who is immediately condescending. She says she is calling to let me know she will only charge me for the 50 minute appointment I booked. I said yes, I was under the impression that was the case and I have a hold for the charge on my credit card dated yesterday. She says no they haven't issued any charge yet and explains that the promotion they offered me is only valid Monday through Thursday and they should charge me for the 80 minutes. I reiterated I never booked 80 minutes, was offered additional minutes for free upon check in, and wasn't sure why she was calling me. She interrupted me until she did finally let me speak to explain I saw the charge and just said "are you done?" "You're going to let me talk now" and continued to drone on about issues that should have remained internal. I have never been spoken to this way as a happy, paying customer. I said this is a shame because I love this place and I won't be coming back after a phone call that seemed completely unnecessary and like it would never end. I feel so badly for the poor receptionist who offered me the upgrade. This was the complete opposite of customer service. I'm really not sure why they decided to call me today with an attitude and lose a customer when I had already paid and left happily? I even told her this and she said "that's fine, glad you loved your massage!" Lol. So, so strange and disappointing. The supervisor has no customer service skills whatsoever. :( read more

There was a bit confusion with using my ClassPass and I was charged for my massage when I shouldn't have. I think I've found my go to massage salon. Im a self proclaimed massage connoisseur and have yet to find a place that overall is good here in Atlanta. Greeting was friendly, the visual aesthetic reminded me of Tulum with the wooden light baskets, white linens, and the background music/sounds are just the right volume to drown out your thoughts. The ambience was overall nice. Only downside was that my massage was cut about 15 minutes short so just be sure to make note of the time your massage starts. Would absolutely go again. read more

I can't speak to the quality of the massage, but I can speak to their customer service. NOW Massage canceled our group (2ppl) appointment 2hrs before appointment with feigned apologies and no explanation other than the therapists were now "unavailable." Had I attempted to cancel with 2hr notice, I would have forfeited the 50% deposit for the group massage, but they did no more than offer to refund our deposit and re-schedule "next week." I'm a bit incredulous of the claim that two therapists were suddenly unavailable less than a few hours of the scheduled appointments. This was our attempt to try a new business, and it's clear we're better off sticking with the consistently reliable Art of Touch in Midtown, who would have never canceled 2hrs out with a "sorry not sorry" attitude. read more

She uses a nice amount of pressure on me which is how I prefer it, but normally can't find. Been seeing her consistently for months now. The services are great! The only thing is I signed up for a membership and when I canceled my membership, I was charged again because of the time I decided to cancel. When I emailed in, it was not communicated to me that there would be another charge. When I disputed with my credit card, the new message communicated that I did receive communication ( i still have the email) around the additional charge, however, I did not. Had the person who emailed me back said something simple as "hey if you cancel now there will be another charge etc" I would have continued and canceled another time. The only suggestion I have for the establishment is to work on consistent communication around the membership policy from all staff to their customers. In the end, the charge was placed back on my account and it's not worth the effort/time to dispute. Great services and I will return but just be sure to have the membership policy clearly explained to you. read more

I had Billie as my therapist and she was kind and gave a wonderful massage. Usually the back portion of the massage is my favorite, but she worked some magic on my neck and arms that I didn't even know I needed. I got the herbal heat add on and it was definitely worth it.
