I had been sick weeks before my visit and had some congestion I couldn't shake. 15 minutes into the session I felt a sense of relief and was once again able to breathe freely through my nose. This was my second time and I wanted to do more than I did the previous time here. I had the privilege of taking a dance class with the soulful and intuitive instructor named Jenny. It was a high energy dance coreo set where she made sure all were included and shined with gusto during the end of class performance. She created a special 'ring of accountability' before and after the class was taught. A true safe space to your bold authentic yourself. This kind of teaching extends beyond one's 'self-care' and exists on a frequency of 'community-care' and supports the 'group mind' of a creative set of artists or people wanting to draw more outside the box. They have this for the hips/lower back as well. They also have a stretch therapist by appointment. In addition they have cryotherapy which I've never tried and IV drips as well as heat treatments. The staff seemed very knowledgeable regarding the IV treatments for the people next to me asking about medical history and current medications.
