It was my first time at this salon. I went there because I was looking to cover my greys with an ammonia-free dye, as I'm very sensitive. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed with the service and the color. First, the hair color I received is exactly what I did not want. I asked for a brown with golden tones (FIRENZE BROWN), but I got dark red with burgundy! There are no brown or warm tones at all. Most of my hair is really dark red, which does not match the color I chose! I hope the 100% money-back guarantee is real. Second, Kathy ,the staff who attended to me left dye stains all around the top of my face and on my right ear after the color service. Third, after applying the color, I didn't see who applied it again. I was passed on to the shampoo girl for washing, toning, and conditioning. When kathy finished, kathy simply put a towel on my hair, and no one did anything further. I saw the colorist sitting and watching her cellphone. I walked to the front and sat in the chair for about 5 to 10 minutes, waiting for someone to come to ensure I liked the color, remove the dye stains, or something. But no one came, just the shampoo girl who took a picture of the back of my hair and charged for the service. I asked if someone would at least brush my hair. Kathy told me if I needed a brush or blow-dry, I would have to do it myself or pay $50 at the beginning of the service. In the end, I brushed my hair and cleaned the dye stains at home. I made appt online was greeted quickly at desk and taken back for full consultation of color matching style previous history, how wear it, cost and was able to show variation of pictures that put me at ease. When walked in had over processed bleached long thick hair with uneven layers and was given a reverse balage with butterfly cut that matches my natural roots with beautiful ask blind highlights for my fave with amazing butterfly cut helps with length and thickness. The stylist, services, products, time management, and skills are top notch i had the best experience and my hair looks amaxing and easy to maintain so look like cane from salon every day. So happy with it cant wait to go back it is truly head spa and cant wait to try some of their other services. Love love love!! I'm so glad I found this place. It's was highly recommended by my neighbors. I don't have much experience with hair salon since I only need a simple haircut once in a while. To be safe, I made my appointment online with Min - the owner. The place is new, clean and welcoming. The staffs were friendly. It's Saturday. They were very busy so I didn't mind when they were 15mins behind. That's expected and unstandable. A staff helped to wash my hair while Min was with another customer. She's good. I felt very relaxing. I waited a bit more then Min cut my hair. She got skills. Quick, accurate and did exactly what I wanted. I'm not really talkative but felt so comfortable and became chatty with her. The price was very reasonable as well. My husband and son approved my new haircut. I wanted to add a bleach service, but the stylist took the time to explain her process and advised me that Bleach wasn't necessary, while also sharing tips on how to maintain healthy hair. I wanted to treat myself by coming to a new salon, and my experience here was amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming which made me feel really comfortable because I dont have haircuts often. I got the Shampoo, Haircut, and Blowdry which, from start to finish, took under an hour and was only around $70! (I had waist-length hair and wanted it a little under my shoulder) My stylist was Jolie and she's the sweetest. I showed her a few reference photos of what I wanted and she was spot on! She quickly understood what I wanted, and paid great attention to detail. She was gentle with my hair and styled it really neatly, using multiple products and being careful with my wavy hair. I had a general idea of what I wanted done - take my dingy faded out blue hair to something fun and vibrant but that would fade better and fix an "interesting" (aka previous stylist was unfamiliar with a straight line) haircut. I found this gem of a salon on my Google search since I am new to the area and need a new local stylist. What an a all around GREAT experience I had today. The studio is modern, clean and comfortable. Min and her staff were very precise and personable. I took the plunge and got about 7 inches cut off my too long and VERY damaged hair, I had pictures for comparison but more importantly, they LISTENED to every detail that I requested and I am leaving here a VERY happy customer! I called Oasis this morning and they got me in at noon, set me up with Ailan, she was very attentive to all that I wanted done, Color, low & high lights, cut and straighten. Our conversation flowed easily. She offered me water and a snack due to it took her 4 hours to make sure my needs were met. Price was right up my alley. Place was very clean and the other staff members were very friendly! Needless to say she as me for all my future needs with my hair. Lovely results! It was my first time visiting this salon, and I went on a Monday at 5:30. The three stylists I had read great reviews about were off that day, so they paired me with Jolie. ... Despite a bit of a language barrier, she completely understood what I wanted. She gave me a fantastic haircut, treated my dry hair, and styled it perfectly into the shaggy curls I was hoping for. I initially thought of giving 3 stars but added an extra one because the staff was incredibly nice and friendly, explaining that the previous client requested additional services. They also offered free snacks and beverages. I loved the comfy sofa chair and the welcoming atmosphere. The salon is beautiful, with reasonable prices. Easily the best salon experience I've ever had. I booked an appointment for 11:30- had to wait a little bit but it was Saturday which is understandable. I asked for a olaplex bonding treatment with a haircut. Let me tell ya- my expectations were exceeded! I asked for layers with curtain bangs and she took her time, was very detailed oriented, and delivered exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend coming here if you need a fresh hair makeover!
