PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING WITH THESE FOOLS!! Two (2) days ago, I called this company to schedule an appointment that would require their notary service for today at 10am (It was made clear that it would be at the confirmed time). Ronit who assisted in putting it together confirmed this appointment via email, (said they would send a text confirmation) and even added me to the calendar he created as a reminder. I asked who we should expect to meet with us, he told me they had a few notary people and could not tell me specifically. Today at 9:25am, Ronit called in asking if the meeting can be pushed to 12pm. I told him it had to be at 10am. He responded, "ok, no problem," and hung up. 45 mins later, the agent who was waiting on the notary person called me to let me know that the notary person did not show up and when she called to find out where he/she was, she was told that because we could not move the meeting to 12pm, they had no choice but to cancel. I mean wtf!!! Mind you, I just happened to look at my calendar and noticed the reminder was no longer on my calendar. I called in and spoke with Ronit again and he said it normally does not happen and my question (I am thinking this is not the 1st time) was, if they knew that they would not be able to adhere to the appointed time, why did he not mention that at the time of his call today 35mins to the appointment when he asked to move the time? At least, we would have made some necessary adjustments to find another notary person to meet with us. Radit finally admits that the notary person 'Melissa' was running late and that was why they wanted to move it (something he failed to mentioned in the 1st call). More over, common courtesy and customer service practice were missed due to this stupidity. We had our client drive about an hour for this only to be left hanging by these idiots. So now it was 30 mins past the meeting time and we had no one, and had to scramble to look for someone to come down and complete the service. Now get this, having gotten his supervisor's number whom I was told is 'Dominic,' I could not get him when I called to let him know what happened. Ronit called back and said, he spoke to Dominic and they wanted to call back to let us know that they can send ANOTHER notary person to us... REALLY?!! After 40 - 45 mins??? How stupid is this?? You could not offer that when you initially called but you offer it after the fact...No words!! Until now, we have not gotten a call back from Dominic or Melissa. So that tells us how ridiculous these people are at this company. To think I was glad about the possibility of finding a good 'go-to' notary company to work with because our company works with clients that require this service, it is really baffling how backwards this company handled this situation. All i can say is Dominic is a lifesaver! Purchased a property and needed to sign loan docs. Only problem, I was at Cedars Sinai in Beverly Hills and needed all docs back in Newport Beach by 11am.
