I recently attended a estate plan seminar/presentation, and I discovered a couple of flaws in the estate plan that was prepared. I have to retain another estate attorney to assist in fixing the issue and get the administration started. It's a great disservice to the owner of the estate plan and the heirs who are still waiting to be notified and receive what their mom or grandma left for them. His office refused to allow myself and my father to meet with Ernest without my mother who has not been involved in our process to select an attorney. Ernest's office follows a rigid, client un-friendly protocol and force you to follow their process or not meet with him. So much for the free consultation if they won't let you schedule it! Ernest may be an excellent attorney, but we'll never know as his office suggested we find a different attorney to work with. Given how difficult his office is, we'll gladly take our business elsewhere.
