He…read morewent to the court house to get his sticker and was told he would not be able to get it because it wasn't showing in their system. I was advised to called the place of service to ensure they sent it off correctly to the state. The lady we encountered was very unprofessional. He went on 5/4/26 then again on 5/7/26 still we were not able to get his registration sticker. The lady at rapid Lube Express stated "you need to call the state because this not our computer and it must have been a glitch. I told her if the computer is not working properly would they not call someone to have it serviced and she said that's no my responsibility then proceeded to hang up the phone. She hung up the phone several times. She was not helpful at all in trying to get our issues resolved. She state "I talked to my boss and he said yall and come and pay for another inspection other wise we can't do anything for you and I don't know what to tell you."​ The staff at this business are extremely unprofessional. The manager made no effort to speak with me concerning this issue after I told them my husband is very sick and we can't go and stand at the court house foe hours at a time to be told, "it's not in our system so we can't give you a registration sticker." After telling this staff member I was going to report this business she said, " Gurl Bye." and hung the phone up one again. I would not patronize this business.
