I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.

When I saw other high-end cars like Chrysler's Crossfire pulling out with a smiling face I kinda knew this might be worth it, a my god was I right! Friendly service, professional knowledge, and very reasonable pricing. I did the option of buying my parts online first, but you can have them buy it and still be reasonable pricing. Took my parts I bought from Advance Auto parts and had them install. Other professional automotive services such as FIRESTONE wanted double the price for labor, and triple for parts. I drive a 87 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup (v6). I had my Front brake pads, idle arm, spark plugs, fuel filter, and Alignment done. FIRESTONE wanted $700 for labor. I've been driving my vehicle for about 2 weeks since the service and it still feels like new when I left the shop. Also they honor a 3 month parts & labor warranty. I recommend the guys to my mom and they gave her a great quote for shocks, and brake pad installment. This is the kind of place you want to find when your trying to avoid pricey Auto servicing, but still get the satisfaction and trust worthy knowledge from a mechanic!

I took my car here for an oil change after calling ahead to confirm they could service my vehicle…read more I was told it would not be a problem. After they informed me that the oil change was complete, my car would not stay running and repeatedly stalled. Employees instructed me to restart the vehicle and pull forward, but it continued to die each time. They then brought out a battery charger, which is when I had to step out of the car and point out that I never saw anyone add new oil to the vehicle. Only after I raised this concern did they apologize and admit they did not put oil in the car. Another employee then had to leave the store to purchase oil for my car. If the required oil was not available, I do not understand why I was told they could perform the service in the first place. What is most concerning is that they repeatedly attempted to have me start and drive the vehicle before any oil had been added. Once they finally added oil, my car's system indicated that the engine oil was overfilled. I am extremely disappointed that I paid for this service when such a serious mistake was made. The only response I received was a simple "sorry." To make matters worse, an employee told me, "I'm glad this is an Audi because it shuts off when there is no oil. Any other car would have blown the whole engine." That statement was not reassuring--it only reinforced how serious the situation was. Throughout the ordeal, I was repeatedly told that the vehicle would "reset itself" once I started driving. In reality, the problem was that there was no oil in the engine, which is why the car would not stay running in the first place. This experience demonstrated a concerning lack of attention to detail and professionalism, and it left me with serious concerns about the quality of service provided. Now I can only hope that my car is okay and now I have to pay even more money to get this fixed somewhere else.

I just came for a quick oil change and even brought my own oil specific to my car. I should've walked away with the constant sleazeball tactics, but they were already in process of changing the oil so I followed through with it, but you know it's bad when you feel like you have to babysit the crew because of their questionable practices. They ended up checking my air filters randomly even though I didn't ask. The cost for air filters was undisclosed until checkout when I got a fat charge. If I had known it was an extra $110 I would've done it myself in 10 seconds for a fraction of the price. Anyways, when I got home I did a self inspection of my car to make sure everything was okay. I checked the air filters and they somehow lost my covering panel in the process. It's a small thing, but I was annoyed. The manager did end up following through and rectifying the lost part which I appreciate, but it shouldn't have been a problem in the first place if the crew was paying more attention to the actual job rather than the upselling and dismantling of my car to see what they could sneakily upsell me. Reading some other reviews on here, it seems like this is a common practice pattern at this location.

STAY AWAY from this location!!!!! We had the WORST experience with them and we do not trust the…read morepeople here whatsoever. My husband brought our 2017 Honda Accord in for an oil change and decided to get the tires rotated at the same time. While rotating the tires, they noticed that one of them was badly damaged and recommended that we get it replaced. Sure, we can do that! So we immediately left and took it straight to Discount Tire, the place we always get our tires. After paying for the brand new tire, we find out that it CANNOT BE INSTALLED because the mechanics here at Jiffy Lube did something so bad when rotating the tires that the tire CANNOT BE REMOVED. The tire is stuck!!!!! My husband immediately called Jiffy to tell them that he was bringing it back in for them to fix, which is when we were told that the mechanic, Sal, wasn't there but would be back on Tuesday. Well, Tuesday was the day it was supposed to snow so we anticipated that they wouldn't actually be open on Tuesday. The guy said that Sal would be back on Thursday and we could bring it then. We bring it in on Thursday (today) and Sal tried to BLAME Discount Tire, saying they messed it up. That is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE because Discount Tire still has the brand new tire we already paid for as they were not able to install it due to whatever Jiffy Lube did to get our tire stuck. What's more, Sal said that they can't fix it here at Jiffy Lube but gave us the name of a tire shop down the street and told us we can pay them $50 to fix it. THAT IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! So you broke something on my car and are now telling me that I have to PAY SOMEONE ELSE so it can get fixed?!?! I am beyond LIVID and disappointed in the lack of integrity and customer service at this location. We need a refund for the tire rotation and JIFFY LUBE needs to pay to have our car fixed since THEY MESSED IT UP. Can the person in charge of this location please get in touch with me ASAP?
