Many malayalees like taking their cars here since they are able to communicate with the technicians in their first language. So a lot of parents will tell their kids to bring their cars here. The kids figure out the sh*t they're pulling and call them out on it. The parents on the other hand, don't want to believe their beloved malayalee auto technician has screwed them over, so they are none the wiser. Now, onto my specific story. My car had problems starting. They said it was the starter first and replaced the starter. Didn't work. Then they said it was the alternater. So they replaced that and charged us for it. Two weeks later, it's having the same issues again. The condition of the car started spiraling downward. I told my parents these people were giving them a run for their money. These guys' training must have consisted of watching Matilda, cause thats exactly whats going on here. The car was a 2006 CRV. It was an amazing car. RIP.

I came in and asked for my signal light to be replaced as well as my oil and filter changed. I was told it would be ready the next day since I came in around lunch time. I brought the supplies required but I brought the wrong bulb so they used their own which is fine. I just don't know in what world it is okay to charge 79$ for a signal light replacement EVEN IF they used their own light. I bought the wrong one but they're not selling bulbs for more than 10$ at the auto store. As for the oil and oil filter I do understand I have a diesel so I'm always charged more but 99$ feels like a lot especially since I brought my own things. Everyone I told about these prices said they said it was overpriced. I don't really know much about cars or what things cost in this area which is why I was asking all my friends but I'm not coming back because I feel like it was pretty pricey and this was with a 20$ discount from the mailer.. I'm kinda disappointed because I really wanted to support a small business but never mind. They did get the work done and were very nice so this is why I gave 4 stars. I had the both the water pump and timing belt replaced at a dealership just over a year ago and was shocked that the dealership had improperly installed the timing belt. Fortunately Chris and the mechanics at the Auto Doc caught the timing belt before it broke. Highly recommend.

They changed to a new payment system that charges the customer a %3 processing fee on every purchase. That comes out to be a lot when your bill is a few thousand dollars. The only alternative they offer to avoid the fee is Zelle, which doesn't allow money transfers over $500. So, now I am stuck paying an additional $100+ that wasn't mentioned to me from the start and wasn't included in my estimate. Pretty unfair in my opinion. I was going to be a lifetime customer, but not disclosing hidden fees until the very end will force me to take my business elsewhere.
