I don't have a local guy for anything yet - including transmissions. I took a chance that the few Yelp reviews regarding transmissions were accurate and dropped into this place. Terry pulled a car off of a lift to get mine fixed up while I was waiting. He did all of this while teaching his apprentice how to pull a transmission out of a Buick. Nicest guy in the world, honest about what was wrong, didn't overcharge me, didn't make up stuff that needed to be done. Terry's one of those guys that just knows what he's doing and will bend over backwards to help you out. I got a transmission guy in Fort Worth now.

They drained the coolant (coolant was on the ground everywhere). And then the guy drove it. They said my car was overheating, and my car began smoking when they popped the hood again. Nothing was ever wrong before they did this. They made it so I could not drive my car. Took days to get my car back and they over charged me, for doing NOTHING.

They lied and said they had to take it to the dealership and when I called the dealership there was no record of my car. They kept making up lies until I finally got it back.
