I even returned the two bags I had purchased so they could see for themselves what I was talking about. I was told they would make sure they were made correctly next time. But what about the product I had already paid for that wasn't made correctly? I never heard another word from them and received absolutely no compensation. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer's legitimate complaint and doing nothing to rectify it is a customer-service failure. I paid $40 for a product that was not up to standard, brought the product back, and was essentially told, "We'll do better next time." That is not how you treat a customer, and unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from Yo Baba Foods again.
