We arrived on time and we were seated right away. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. They did an absolutely great job during our meal. Our server explained how the buffet works and when our steak would come out. I ordered mine medium rare, and my husbands was medium. The buffet is small, but a good selection. The first row for "appetizers/salads" was: - Caesar salad, tuna pasta salad, cucumbers in cream sauce, beets, pickles, spinach salad, and a couple other creamy type salads. The 2nd row for your buffet was for your sides: - plain boiled potatoes (you add on your own stuff) - THE BEST dill sauce ever! I should have had more....absolutely amazing! - Sauteed mushrooms - Sauteed onions - Baked beans - Garlic shrimp - Garlic bread This is definitely a buffet for a meat eater and not for anyone looking for anything healthy or vegetables. LOL! It was great! Desserts for our night were: Skor Trifle Strawberry Cheesecake trifle Cookies Poppyseed cake Fruit salad The desserts were okay. You're not there for the desserts, but you're there for the steak. Our steaks were seasoned perfectly and tasted great. Mine was a bit rare and I wish it was cooked just a minute more.
