I cannot say enough wonderful things about Old Rd. Veterinary Center! I called late Friday afternoon in a bit of a panic because my dog suddenly threw up what looked like yellow bile with red specks of blood. Even though it was last minute, they were able to fit us in right away. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was amazing--kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. Their follow-up is top-notch, and the back-end staff is just as thorough. They truly don't let anything slide or slip through the cracks, which gives me so much peace of mind. The medical team acted quickly and compassionately--doing bloodwork, x-rays, and a full physical the same day. I was so impressed that I even received the radiologist's report that evening. What really stood out was Dr. Cheema's dedication. He personally called me after office hours that night to go over the x-ray results, and then again from his own home on Saturday evening to explain the bloodwork and patiently answer all of my questions. I've truly never experienced a veterinarian who cares this much and goes above and beyond, even when the office is closed. Thanks to Dr. Cheema's thorough care and thoughtful recommendations, my pup is already doing so much better. I am beyond grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Old Rd. My dog went in for her scheduled surgery today and all went well. She is currently recovering and appears well, she is resting and just seems peaceful and tired. I took my dog here and loved that they don't rip you off. She was having some issues and the vet was able to run comprehensive test to make sure she was ok and what I could do on top of what I was already doing to help her out. She's doing great now and they didn't price gouge me. I have a couple test that I want to come back and do but overall they were pushy and let me have the option. They also offer to trim paws if you need it. read more

I am really thankful for this Vet Clinic. We got our puppy about 6 months ago and she's had a handful of health issues since. Every time I bring her here I know she is going to receive the best care. The staff members are all so kind to my dog as well as husband and I. They show compassion when our pup isn't feeling well and do everything they can to make sure she gets better. I also appreciate that give plenty of information on the tests they have to run, and give different options for treatment plans when it's possible. We came to Dr. Cheema with our dog that had 2 tumors. We were on a tight budget and could not afford all tests recommended. We were able to get the surgery done with bloodwork only. I had the WORST experience at this vet. The receptionist (Delores) is short, rude, dismissive and incredibly unprofessional! We have reported her and she continues to exhibit this behavior. It is very unfortunate as the vet is thorough and nice. Unfortunately she is the first person you talk to in order to make your appointment and the first person you see to check in. Nobody wants to go to an appointment for your fur baby and feel uncomfortable for a service you have to pay for. I will be looking for another vet! If you have experienced this as well please report it! Also BEWARE their appointment system has all kinds of issues. You will get appointment reminders with the wrong dates and times. Please be mindful when booking. The office manager admitted the system is glitched however it will always be an excuse or the paying customer's fault for the mix up. This place is amazing the staff and the doctor went above and beyond for us! I told the staff member my dog doesn't really get along with other dogs and she offered to take me to a separate entrance so my dog can feel as comfortable as possible. Everyone was super nice and showed me exactly what I was paying for. They showed me what I can get done for my dog and the benefits of each procedure/ item but not once did they pressure me into getting something I wasn't comfortable with wish I loved. I brought my cat, who I adopted from the Humane Society a week earlier, for a wellness check back on 9/12. The exam, conducted by Dr. Cheema and Vet Assistant, Austin, was friendly, thorough, caring, and informative. This was my first visit to ORVC, and we'll definitely be back for all that my little guy needs in the future. The waiting area and exam room were spotless. Prices were very fair, too. 100% recommend! My chewy has been experiencing swelling on his nail bed and after a visit at different vet it wasn't resolved. I found this place and decided to bring my dog for a second look. The whole team is professional and kind. Dr. Cheema is knowledgeable, gentle, and really attentive. He took his time with my baby and gave great recommendations for a care plan. Aside from that, Dr.Cheema checked Chewys physical health (heartbeat and ears) which I have never seen the previous place I have taken him do. Ive been waiting for this that to finally open and wow what a great first experience I had. Upon entering the vet it was quite small, but it was very clean and the interior design was very modernized and elegant. The ambiance was just splendid! The front desk lady Dolores (sorry if I spelled name wrong) was very friendly and professional. You could tell she is very educated and looked like a sophisticated buisness woman who was very knowledgeable in the operations of the vet. That is a plus as most vet receptionists are very unexperienced and not trained well. Upon meeting my technician (don't know the name but it is a white male with blond hair) was very friendly and knowledgeable too. He was very patient with the many questions and requests I had. Doctor Cheeman, he was the man of the hour! He was also very very professional, honest, helpful, and definitely an expertise in his line of work. The clinic offers discount for military/LEO which is a plus!!! Im glad they support the green and blue line!
